Katydid and Ant is another point and click type adventure game created by Minoto, who is also the creator of Cupid of the Mouse, Magic and Cat Escape, Escape Game of RPG, Sleeping Princess, The Moon Princess, Turtle Help, The Four Seasons of Castle ,Flowers from Harapeko, Volume of Certain Crab games and many more. Katydid & Ant Walkthrough:
1. pick up cheese on the plate.
2. click on all the trash cans until the lids are all floating in the air. A snail will come
2. take the clock from the snail.
3. go to next page and give the cheese to the mouse. Do you see the rope/ladder thing? click the rope part on the right.. the mouse will climb up and a carpenters tool will fall.
4. Go to next page... give the tool to the guy you see there
5. take the violin he has and give it to the cricket.
6. Take the paints and give it to the artist on the 2nd page...
7. screw driver will appear on the canvas.. take that... take the shoes the artist left behind.
8. go to the page where there is a rabbit.. give the shoes to the rabbit and click the rabbit again..
9. a log will fall after the rabbit jumps.. take that. go back one page and you will see a duck in a boat. but the log under the boat.
10. get the toy yellow ducky.
11. click the ducky once and then click "items" so you see the picture and description of the ducky.
12. use the screwdriver to open the back of the ducky. Take the battery
14. put battery in the alarm clock by click the alarm clock picture and taking the back off. Click clock again to make it work.
13. give clock to sleeping bear. Take candy. Give candy to ant parent.
You are out!

Got ant end too... i think it is the only end too. but then, why putting the title "ant end" if it is the only one? that's a lil' bit suspicious, don't you think? By the way, i'm from Portugal. Hi everyone. I love EG24 games. Bye
give the violin to the cricket at the first screen. he will drop some paints, give them to the painter. if you need some help, just say so.

you only need one. pu it in front of the boat. you keep getting logs because the game must have a problem. then, the boat goes to the lake. get the duck. it is a toy duck, so it has a battery. use in on the clock.
ok there has to be a bug in my game, the logs dont stop appearing!!?? Goin to restart and see if it happens again

ok i know this is a late post, and minto games are the simple 'genre' but i got a plate of cheese and a battery-less clock and after too much clicking comma-nada, leta-a-lone ant ending.... what the ? is going on here?
All I can get is the "ant end". Did anyone else get a different ending? LOVE Minoto games!
I was stuck, too. You have to have the mouse climb up different sections of the rope before you get anything.
Thanx for the mouse/rope clue. I coulbn't believe I was stuck!

Hey, anyone else wonder what's up with that bear in the boat in the background? Only I've noticed him in a few games now... just throwin that out there. ^^
The second end is the Katydid end and you get that by giving the Katydid the candy.

ok heres what to do

or.. instead of giving the candy to the ants.. give it to the insect (cricket)
there are two endings: ant end and katydid end.
