No problems, Ruff! I used others brain cells, too! Last posting on this one, folks! See you on next one! (Not from this author, hopefully! I guess yalçin didn't play it before posting...)

A truly clever game and although it was way too hard for me, I enjoyed it very much. Extremely challenging.

hi feline - how's life? :-))

still working on secret riddle 5
but 1 is typing all letters a to z

@uzi145, are you here?

@turkoid, if you get stuck (before where everyone else did earlier), take a look on previous comments. All passwords are listed.

yes feline :-)))

Oh, goodness! Were you playing this earlier? I've spent overnight looking for hints on this... this... thing.

Oh, how rude I am! How is your life, @uzi145? Mine is sleepless...

no feline, I've just started - and think over if it's worthwhile.

Sleepless?? So much party? :-)))
Where do you sit? You use a messenger?

Oh, my goodness, @uzi145! No party! Just looking for hints on this game! It drove Taylor, Ruff, Dejavu, I and many others INSANE! (And still does, I think...)
Go ahead and play. It's good until you get seriously stuck. And I do mean "seriously".

yeah that was my bad feline, pretty late here and i just missed that there was another page of comments :/

@turkoid, you mean "other pages of comments", right? We are on page 3 already! Not to disencourage you, but this cannot be good... But keep going until you can no more (or maybe you'll find a way out and save our souls!).

I don't understand riddle 1... You can make a lot of words with the 26 letters of alphabet...

If you get stuck, I may be able to help a little. I've gone through this game so many times I think I've memorized it!

can anyone can give a short summary; where we are till now.

Want to avoid to read over 400 comments

Pascale, have you noticed there are 26 squares on that board? Are you missing the password, the secret or both?

This game is a pain, I can't guess anything and none of the answers makes sense. I'm giving up.

@uzi145, tell me where you are stuck at, and I'll help.

Pascale, don't quit just yet! The game is not so "senseless" and I can help you!

@uzi145, are you there?

OK, @uzi145, here go the passwords:

Regular ones (P button):
1: teaching (or "cheating")
2: element
3: passwordbox
4: headache
5: wrong
6: rategame

Screts (S button):
1. abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz (whole alphabet-letters from a to z; type them all).
2. hydrogen
3. toward
4. deafhead
5. *****
6. secrets

Hoolalaaaa. more than 420 comments !? I begin now, I guess it is not an easy game.

many thnx feline

playing the computer game I've found:

2 notes (1 blue in the inventory & 1 in the library[not going to the inventory])

1 arrow

also in the computer is the secret hint:

hdfk5jsur34ns

hola gre-nadine, que tal?

This game is a bit boring :-)))

Sorry being absent, but I'm here again! Anyone still here? Anyone need help?

OK, on my post #423 (#23 on this page), it should read "Secrets", not "Screts", of course. Sorry about that!

This comment has been removed by the author.

also found the keyboard letter "C" in the computer game

Still don't understand what's the sense of that game
:-))))

Ahhh! My usb is moody today! Keeps disconnecting me! OK, answering @uzi145, no one was able to figure out the sense of this game! The riddles were kind of good ones and the whole thing, up to the completion of the PC game, is well thought, IMHO, but after that it just drives us mad!!!

maker is on Kongregate! have commented asking for a hint just waiting for reply now!!!!! fingers crossed

btw thank you for all the hints :) long time player but first time poster, have only just created an account to allow me to post. This is only the makers second game and he says hes not good at programming!

gahhh I really dont like this man (lol)

If you upload the game, then you can see the credits page. That's the end of the game, we just made a back button if you didn't solve all of the puzzle. You don't need to escape! :)

Just come back to check whether there is any breakthrough. Not only the objective was unclear, the game itself has lots of glitches too. I mentioned in my earlier posts that I found many "invisible" clickable areas. When I moved my mouse pointer to one of those areas, my pointer changed to a finger; then after clicking the mouse, the finger pointer returned to an arrow as if I had activated something or had picked up something. That really drove me crazy last night. Anyway, many thanks to those who had contributed their hints; especially feline who had clarified many problems for me.

lmao and so everyone died.

I've given up, as well. Maybe someone else will eventually save us. This game is going to HAUNT me, lol

Don't need to escape?

We were there for hours figuring something out for NO REASON?

Ouch. That burns XD

OK, I'll post the next post news several times so no one else gets brain dead as we did trying to figure out a way to escape or to find a finish screen or something. This was actually from huggabunny, who contacted the author, so many thanks, huggabunny!
Watch the next post...

So, if you finish the computer ingame, you HAVE FINISHED the GAME. The ability to wander aimlessly around after that is an elusive detail the author forgot to prevent from happening!

Any doubts now? I hope not!!! I pity the poor souls that do not pay attention to that repeated post!
For all the souls of the ancients! I swear I had better not meet this author in person, or else...

OMW I CANT BELIEVE WE SPENT ABOUT 3 HOURS IN THE SAME SAME POSITION, I HAD A FEELING THAT WAS THE END~!!!!!!!!!!

feline - your welcome! i was just searching other sites for hints and recognised the username from the ingame (spent waaaayyyy to much time staring at it!) He'd replied to someone saying no it wasnt a stupid game lol

just glad the thing was actually over but it was a really unclear and disappointing ending :(

I totally agree that if I was to meet him in person he'd better watch out lol

Whoa...feline...your computer got the hiccups posting there! lol

QUESTIONS:
Puzzle 4 - Secret: How did you come up with the answer deafhead. I don't understand the logic.

Puzzle 6 - Password: Answer was rategame. I don't understand that one either, nor do I understand what list the clues refer to.

Just came to check.
SunshineRR4, the hiccups were on purpose. I repeated the post to draw attention to it, intending that no one else would suffer the same as many of us suffered, trying to finish this game (and we already had!).
As to the answer on riddles 4 and 6 secrets:
- riddle 4 secret is because of the black pieces and the arrow that shows up on the board if you roll your mouse over the word "secret", but I admit I didn't see the word myself (tried to, but my eyes weren't helping much); actually, I leeched the secret from another poster and made up the list to help other players.
- riddle 6 secret worked sort of the same way as riddle 4 (I leeched from other poster), but it was kind of possible to come up with the word (requiring imagination, of course, and some attention to the nick of the game).
The other secrets were more likely to be solved with reasoning. And I must add something extraordinary: I solved the secret for riddle 5 myself! Lol! (Only required eyesight, not brains, but we were so frustrated that took a while to get to the obvious.)
I must say that, putting the ending problem aside, I liked this game. If the author had prevented us from getting mad and crazy, it would have been nice playing.

I do apologize for the hiccup comment! lol I'm actually GLAD that I missed this game live. Missed all the aggravation. :)

Thanks for coming back to answer. I leeched the answers as well.

Password 4, I can totally see how headache is the answer, but that Secret 4 answer is just not visible to me. I tried reading the balck and white pieces from right to left, left to right, up, down, (lol) and I don't see any "deafhead" there.

Password 6, I completely copied from the posts. The numbers on the wall - I see no meaning. The "list" ?? What list? And rategame? I'd say I'd rate it high for interest, and low for logic because I don't see any reason why that is the answer!

Who are these people that solve these riddles? Is this a hangout for bored MENSA candidates? If so, I thank you, because I'd never have any fun here without them.

Sunshine :)

I just can't give this game a rest. I finally see the logic for the Secret answer in Puzzle 4.

First, you assign letters to the numbers (1=a, 2=b, etc.) then you read the black markers from left to right. (Although I'm sure most of you already understood that - lol)

Still NO IDEA why Password on puzzle 6 is rategame.

SunshineRR4: If you look at the red numbers for riddle 6 and the scroll task list (on left to Code). If you correspond the riddle red numbers with the letters on each task, you will get:

2: The 2nd letter of the 1st task = r
2-5-7: The 2nd, 5th and 7th letters of the 2nd task all = a
3: The 3rd letter of the 3rd task = t
2-8: The 2nd and 8th letters of the 4th task both = e
5: The 5th letter of the 5th task = g
5-8: The 5th and 8th letters of the 6th task = a
20-28: The 20th and 28th letters of the 7th task = m
6: The 6th letter of the 8th task = e

The answer = "rategame"

My goodness! SunshineRR4 and Ruff, you actually spent more time on this! For all the souls of the ancients! I just come here to check if anyone got stuck on this (hard to go through over 400 posts!), and here you are solving more things! I congratulate you on the perseverance!
By the way, SunshineRR4, no need to apologize for anything! I didn't get angry at you for the hiccups, I just wanted to clarify and make sure everyone understood why I repeated my post (and didn't get angry at me for doing it). :)
Glad to know where the answers come from! Thanks a lot! Still doesn't change my feelings towards the author, though... I swear if I knew programming I'd make some awesome escape games! But I don't... :( If anyone does and wants to team up with me and my imagination, please let me know! I promise to spread the screwdrivers all around! Lol!

I understand how to get to the answers for all secrets, except no 3 (the rubick's cube).
Answer = toward.
Clue = Y33 Y22
B12 O32
B32 B13
I assume Y = Yellow, B = Blue and O = Orange
But how is Y33 and Y22 the T and A,
O32 either the R or D, etc?

feline, I come back because the number of comments keeps increasing and I want to see what other players are writing.

Riana, regarding the secret of riddle 3:

Y33: Yellow face, 3rd column, 3rd row = T
B12: Blue face, 1st column, 2nd row = O
B32: Blue face, 3rd column, 2nd row = W
Y22: Yellow face, 2nd column, 2nd row = A
O32: Orange face, 3rd column, 2nd row = R
B13: Blue face, 1st column, 3rd row = D

Regarding the password for this riddle, if you visualize the faces in 3D, starting from the T of the yellow face, follow the "maze", you'll see this message "THE PASSWORD IS PASSWORDBOX".

Yes, Ruff, I think the same way. Just curious! Lol! Best wishes!

OMG......I can finally sleep tonight! lol
Thank you Ruff, thank you everyone.

I really enjoy escape games.
I'm not always very good at them.
I appreciate all the people who provide answers, but I have the greatest respect for those who provide the explanations!

Ok....off to see what's new.

@ Ruff: THANK YOU KINDLY!! I like to know HOW to get to an answer, and not just to have an answer. I got all the passwords and secrets (most I figured out HOW after I saw the answers posted, but Secret 3 baffled me. I got the Password 3 figured out on my own though :-D

This Zsoca64 knows his programming, but he sure doesn't understand how this works. These are ESCAPE games. That means, that if you're bound to hang around with your thumb up your ..... nose...even after you've figured out the PIN of his mother-in-law's ATM card, IT MAKES US CLAUSTROFOBIC ! I think the man's a sadist.
To sum it up: For Uploading Codes Kindly Hire Intelligence Masters !

Ah, the memories this game has. XD It was my first ever live and something I'm glad I haven't repeated yet.
