All I've found is one green gem, used it, but my one stick doesn't have a hole in it. Is there a way you're supposed to put a hole in the flat bar, to put the pole through and make fire?

Get the mechanism working. Then add dust.
I have all the pieces I need, but the one stick doesn't have a hole in the middle to put the rod through.

hi where do you find the long stick?
Add octagon piece to long stick. Then add flat wood w/ 2 holes. Then add it to long piece with multiple holes and add string (or vice versa). Click to get it moving, then add dust. Voila, fire!

Click the wall near the door first so you see the red gem in it. Then click the cats, and the bigger one will get it.
jillydoc just click on the cute cat in the bottom left corner of the screen and when they appear click on one of them and on the thing you want it to do.
How to get orange one from the tree?

sorry I'm a sleepy (I haven't slept at all) so I have just read it in a wrong way :)
it took ages for me to work it out. i got the cat on the bottom of our screen (the fat one) to sit with the other two and then i clicked over towards the red gem and clicked it. the cats moved over there and i had to keep clicking until i got them to attack it
I miss orange and yellow one...anybody help?

@jillydoc - Dark green was in the painting. Red is outside, hot spot to right of door zooms you in.

Yes I think yellow was dark spot in front of tree stump, and dark blue on topmost bookcase.

I think that dark blue was between dark blue books, you have to send cats up...

I am missing a wood piece, I think it is a longer one since, I have the stick and the shorted piece with the holes.. I have built it up but I am missing something as I see in the book. Can someone tell me where it is?

I had the same problem.. I think when my kitty looked like a female princess (cat or whatever feline) I clicked the letters that look like maybe 4 symbols of the language under the pink arrow pointing the way..
I don't know about anyone else here..

third try and I got good end with lipstick. Chair become clickable only after you put the gems. The long stick is over the window

when my game started I clicked the japanese symbols (letters) and my kitty turned into a female cat in front of a mirror then I clicked at the bottom, I think I saw 4 letters in Japanese. you see the start arrow, a pink one, I think the letters were underneath.. then I cannot remember I clicked the pink arrow maybe and I was in the game.. I hope this makes sense cause I was hardly paying attention

your mirror gets squiggly lines, then you see you as a cat then you click the japanese letters on your left hand side. then again click japanese letters on right.

I do have two green gems and a strange thing with red glitter on it. Looks like a cookie to me, I got it when my smoking gadget, the built one, worked on the white blob.. whew!!! I make no sense.. lol
Myrie what you have is to light fire. First put key form with 5 grey bits in key form and put this over wood in fire then lit sawdust on wood to light fire
ok, for the fire to work, you have to do the following:
find the following items:
- long stick above window
- with the 6 corners under teapot
- with 2 holes on top of closet where teapot is
- with all the many holes behind light blue door
- sawdust (?) behind basket
- rope under bag
Put the items together following the instructions (and order!) written in the red book.
When this in done, click the wooden panel in order to get it smoking. Now put the sawdust in, it becomes red.
now take the burning sawdust and put it in the fireplace (make sure the key-mould with 5 blobs is already there) and fire it up using the blow-thing (?)

Lis think I saw gem in well first then backed out then clicked big cat and smaller ones came. Small cat into bucket goes down well but have to call big cat so 2 cat can pull it up again

Go and see the gem in the well. Go back (in front of the well) and call the cats!
Myrie / misna, click the red gem, click the cat left bottom and click the gem again.
So far, I've got light green, yellow, orange and light blue gems. I don't know where the others can be !

Lis when I click on the red gem it brings me close to the house so the cats on not in the view. I still can't get the cats to move.
dark green is in painting in the house
dark blue was in the bookcase I think (on top of the red books, you need the cats)
