Hi everybody, i managed to open the second drawer under bed, there is a switch which revealed a code behind the picture on the wall. stuck with the code.
opened closet and got pole for trapdoor and frogs arm
got table moved and into other drawer

have to find symbols for the animals

How do I read the sign to figure out the code for the door?
use the chart with the balances on to work out the order, then find the animals and symbols round the room to work out which symbol for the code, didnt manage to find the rabbit symbol had to guess that 1

I'm stuuuck, lol. Found some astrological signs (pisces, cancer, lion and taurus) and some animals that go with them: a dog, a rabbit...are we supposed to connect the astrological signs with their order in the zodiac, like pisces 12, cancer 4, lion 5, taurus 3, so we get a code 12453?! But that won't work for the door...
Also, on top of the cupboard I copied the pattern with the cat hanging on the wall, but nothing happens...
I'm not going anywhere Dejavu, I can't get the last code, game was way easy till that...

For the top of the cupboard puzzle you must hit the cats head when you finished the puzzle

Dejavu look at the wall thingy with the dark and white spots, write down the pattern and enter it exactly in the cupboard puzzle, then hit cats head.

After solving for the normal password, look at the chart again for a different weight puzzle.

amg -- cat symbol is on top of cabinet where you matched the circles from the wall. Click on the cat and it will turn yellow and you'll see the cat symbol.

Abigail, thanks for reminding me there is a second ending (sort of). I replayed the game. After entering the first password (fish, rabbit, dog, bird then cat), "clear" is displayed on the lock. Go back to look at poster and work on second password. Enter 2nd password (rabbit, fish, cat, bird, dog) and got "Above" displayed on lock. Checked the room many times and could not find any thing special after entering second password. I still had to exit through door.

I just found out that I did not have to replay the game to get the "extra" ending. When you are out and see the "Congratulations!" screen, click the two Japaneese characters on the bottom right, you will be brought back inside the room to find the word "Above".

I think "Above" might be translated into something else. My guess is that it's part of the wall puzzle and encoded in morse code.
Ok...the only thing with the word Above on it is the combination lock after we solve the second code...and then what? If we back out of it, it resets itself to Clear.
Anyone figure out what to do while looking at Above?

No one has explained the weight chart, so I have decided to do a walkthru
Open cupboard and get moon and note FISH symbol.
Left get piece from lower leaves of plant and note DOG symbol.
Add pieces to picture and see diagram of the lamp. Go to the lamp and remove the shade to get a key.
Use key on lower drawer of bed and get a SPANNER and check bed covers for RABBIT symbol.
Go to top of wardrobe and use spanner. Click board and see cat symbol and dots. Click dots to make circle, so copy the hanging art on the wall. When finished press the cat symbol and opens wardrobe. Press the CAT shape to see the cat sign.
Open the wardrobe and get pole and arm. Use pole on ceiling trap door and see the code for the frog in the cupboard. Put arm on frog and enter code and click arm.
The frog is lowered from the ceiling and gives you a spade for the plant. Dig plant and get a key.
Put key in the base of the lamp and engage the hook. Now go to the cupboard and click the arm. The table rises. Look underneath and see the BIRD symbol.
You can open the other drawer under the bed and turn on a switch. There is a chart by the picture on the wall.
So the bird is heavier than the cat, make bird 2 and cat 1.
Bird (2) plus Cat (1) equals Dog so (3).
Two Dogs (2x3=6) are lighter than Cat (1) Bird (2) and the Rabbit, so the Rabbit is (4) (1+2+4=7)
Rabbit (4) is lighter than Fish, so fish is (5).
Enter the heaviest animal symbol first....click button and door handle.
Hey red,I tried that number business with the chart and figured that it didn't work out for me.
Instead I looked at the bottom and figured "ok, I have to place in order the animal with the greater mass (the >).
For the first one, I started with the two obvious ones: The fish being heavier (or greater) than the bunny and the bird being heavier than the cat.
After that I looked at the bottom and saw that two cats are equal to one dog. Basically saying that 1 cat is half the weight of 1 dog. Which is easily translated when you place them in the code sequence at the bottom of the poster. And then there was the one next to it which said that the bird + the cat weighed heavier than dog.
Seeing as how you already know that the cat is half the weight of the dog and that the bird is heavier than the cat, all I did was plug in the bird between the dog and the cat.
Seeing as how there was nothing comparing the fish's weight to the dog, I figured that the fish was the first one in the sequence followed by the bunny.
fish > bunny
Then I plugged in the rest of the dog/bird/cat thing because there was nothing in the chart indicating that the cat was heavier than anything there, so I assumed that it was the last in the sequence.
Therefore I ended up with:
fish > bunny > dog > bird > cat
The second coding sequence was a bit trickier, so I had little patience with it.
I'm still trying to figure out the Above business. I searched the web, and everyone is stuck on that bit.
Wow that probably made no sense to anyone else. lol
