yes tangoboy, look at the tv. the cat will play around and then it will give you a hint to the color code on the desk.
the fourth screw is on the door near the bottom at what looks like the glass then u can open the door to more rooms

Hmm, lots of good stuff in the kitchen. watered the plant and the cat moved, fed the sleeping cat and he jumped off and i got a toy to get the bottom cat off his perch and found more numbers.

i assume thats for cat in hall. if look at pictures it tells you what to give each cat and there is a small yolk with footprints on it to go to hall cat

pam, i put up which prefecture goes with which weather. just look up the symbol for each prefecture and there you go. All i remember is tokyo is the first one and i THINK chiba is the third.
Dan screwdriver in color code drawer on desk I think, with scissors we can't have.
Dan i'm not sure but the screw driver is on the left upper drawer in the desk which opens when you enter the colour code above
dan, the tv will give you pgbpr which is the order you should press the button on the desk. do that and you will get a screwdriver.

@Dan the screwdiver is in the top left drawer of the desk. the one with the red handle. u have to push the colored buttons in this order (purple, green, blue, purple, red) and it will open

I can't get screwdriver until after I view the weather... which I can't do until after I water the plant...but I can't water the plant until I get to the kitchen...which I can't do because I can't screw the doorknob on...ut oh...I think I missed a step somewhere then. lol

K, having trouble with weather box too, Anyone post order. Language and map not making it clear to me
no no dan. hahaha. that would be a predicament. put in the dvd, plug in the tv on the left. watch the tv. after the cat jumps around for awhile the letters will come up. then the cat moves after you water the plant and you click on the tv again and it has changed to the forecast.
ok im ot but i never got the checker box done or the weather box, so wow that was weird, and still 3 slots empty.
Yeah, the weather map order is a complete mystery to me. Is it in the order of North and South Kanto, or East and West Kanto, or alphabetically? Someone please just give us the order!
Dan, after forecast, when TV is static, look above cat for letters to match colors to open drawer. Cat not moved yet

Alright, perhaps I am just the most illogical person on this site, however, I cannot find any japanese symbols for the prefectures in the Kanto region of Japan. I am trying to remain calm. Can someone please give the order for the weather map box. Not a hint, or a reference to a previous post, bur rather the order if they know it. Thank you.

I only have one spot left in my inventory for what i'm assuming is going to be a key from the checkerboard box. but now i need to figure out which numbers i'm going to need. and the order. oh, maybe the computer gives the order?? haha i don't know. i'm going brain dead on this game and trying to work at the same time.

Dejavu turn laser pointer around to put battery in it, then use it on cat in the corridor.
Pc is on the table with drawers.
the battery goes in the laserpointer..use the laser pointer on the wall by the checker thingie..
double click on laser and there is a slot for battery. than you get toy for cat on the pedestal
just googled cute beat club band and "not checkers" is one of their songs... still trying to maybe tie it to computer log on..
