I used the nippers on the lamp cord and got some elements from the periodic chart. Pt is surround by a box and I think that is platinum? Not that that does me any good...

Okay, found red and blue keys, and the flashlight and putty knife. Saw 'pt' on the lamp, but it seems to be gone now. When zoomed in on the smaller picture, there is a clickable spot towards the middle right, but it doesn't do anything...
Anyone got anything past there?

Jo-Ann - my confusion sorry key is gold with a red ring around it. When you click on it it is labelled as red key. On the right side of wall with large picture cursor changes to hand just above the brown line near floor

maybe game is buggy i am getting a lot of hot spots where I can't do anything - the tv, the air conditioner and the man hole in ceiling above large painting

Ok no batteries needed for the flashlight. Once you get the key you just have to find the hotspot in the ceiling with the flashlight highlighted.
Henrique, Pointer turns to hand on hotspots. One at bottom left and right of big picture. Nippers on right and key on left (bottom-ish)
Cheers Tangoboy, now I just need a place to use it, a key for the man-hole, a use for the scrapper and maybe a connector for the two cables(?) behind the curtain...:-(

Cool Herique, hope you're doing better then me. Think I'm in the wrong room. Tried scraping wallpaper, prying open box under TV, and paintings. Kinda stuck. Can't find hot spot in curtains. Au is gold on periodic chart I think.

Hotspot in attic is kind of between the trapdoor and the right wall.
i got also that distributor and i out it on the window.And stuck.

Connected the wires but I think I need one something else to fix it.
Hotspot on curtains is in the AC view. click the edge of curtain.
Henrique, between the trapdoor and right wall, with torch (lanterna) highlighted. Selecione a lanterna e procure entre o buraco no chão e a parede direita.
Sorry Tangoboy, got a coffee. You have to zoom in on the aircon to find the curtain hotspot.
Don't forget to have the torch selected in the attic.
tangoboy - zoom in on AC first then hotspot for curtains is where grey black and orange lines intersect on the left side of curtain
@tangoboy, you must zoom on AC and then you can see a part of the curtains. Click near the bottom of screen, close to "back up" stripe. Curtain will open and reveal cables.

If you want to escape logically you need a hidden solution note in the wall.
But this clue is wrong I think, lol.

Some thoughts: maybe we are missing some item? Because the right part of inventory was completely filled by the keys and at the bottom part of inventory there seems to be space for another item.
I cannot go searching for ohter things, though, because I'm one of the intercom slaves! Lol!
