It's the thai alphabet...that's all i got so far. Sadly, it's about the only alphabet on the planet in popular use that i DON'T understand the concept of... so i'll try to use wikipedia.

well, if your computer has the thai alphabet installed, that, i believe, is what is written on the bridge. i threw it into a translator, and it came out as nothing. so i'm at a loss. I thought the password was just "thai" but that doesn't work either. this one is tough!

the word blaise (pascal?), "key" and an arrow pointing to the level number, and a ciphered message. any leads?

nah... if you look at the first two numbers in a row, you get value X and then you look at the next two numbers, you get value Y.

yea i tried looking too. no luck. basically, you have to rotate the rings (in this case, just in your mind) and get letters. the clue for this is in the source code.
unfortunately, that just looks like gibberish to me. Anyway, here it is:

the instructions should tell you some how... "first letter: rotate to this. second letter: rotate to this" etc.
Okay i get the first part:
let's look at the first hint:
1, 3, 2B = 1, 1W
you get "step, cycle, rotate, to" at the bottom.
so step : 1 (just... "do this first")
cycle: 3 (which ring to use, so use the 3rd one)
i'm confused on 2B = 1 and 1W... anyone?

ok, simple question for you decoders: meaning of the arrow pointing to T on the outer ring?

i was assuming it was just marking the top so youd know where to 'set the dial' but now i dont know if that would even be necessary.
For the first step it says
3, 2B=1, 1W
the first number means you rotate cycle 3
the last term gives you the location you rotate to, namely W on cycle 1.
now the second term must give you a letter, so you know which point on cycle 3 to rotate to 1W.
2B=1, I think means that you find the letter on cycle 1 which matches the letter B on cycle 2. That would be C. So, according to me, step 1 says that you rotate C on cycle 3 until it lines up with W on cycle 1.
what word is that in level 3

i thought you would end up with a 5 letter word. after rotating the thing five times, i think you would look at the letters that line up along the arrow
or rotating 10 times, i mean (because there are 10 steps)

Password for 39 has to do with blindness - take a look at a braille alphabet.
No idea for 42 - obviously has to do with Greek alphabet, but not sure what else it could mean.
