@BlackHat, combine the sunglasses and the screwdriver in the inventory to make a lock pic. Then open chest on the console. You get a gasoline jug. Pour gas on door then light the door...you are free.

@zac If I remember right, green key breaks in the lock and you need plunger to take it out
