finally got it, u have to put the big bowl under the skinny bowl, and then u can figure out where to put the pipes! :)
seems it is not too easy after all... also stuck on 10

didnt get too much farther, now im stuck on 12! ugghh!
@sarah: place 6 on top of 4 and 2 on the far right

@sarah. oops! maybe they are for 13... sorry...
12- middle tank with 2: piece to the right- 2 straight pieces.
Use the remaing pieces to loop around this from the tank with 4 to go to the left.
I hope that makes sense

this is how i did 12: take the right 2 water tank and connect it to the 2 empty tank with a right turning and 2 horizontals.connect the 4 one to the 6 around this

@ff, well at least i'll know what to do on lvl 13 if i ever get past lvl 12! lol

@ff. going to take a look at 14 again
14. Use the top pipes of the top set
Connect it to the right hand verticle pipe
Connect this to the top pipes of the lower set.

@nottypomy. put one tank to be filled by the two middle things... then put second tank on the bottom to be filled by the other two using the pipes. hope this is enlightning...
hmm, i'm still stuck on 12 even after reading the comments. i connect the middle tank to the 2 container but then it seems like i don't have enough pieces to get the 4 tank all the way to the 6. you can't move the containers and the tanks in this one right?
ah i got it! for the 4 tank use the pieces that go right, left/down, down, left and over. sweet!
it opened my eyes ff!!:)

they should make it so the overflow from one container goes into the container below it.

ok 19 is getting me. i don't even understand how i can get both containers into the grey area.
oh you can just pull them over the blocks! hahaha! i've been playing the whole time like you couldn't pass them. oh boy...
20 was the one of the easiest levels!

Never mind I got it! Right 2 jug gets a down, down, left curve, then straight pipe.
Done, last one was really easy. The 10th got me so confused though
just finished all levels!

That was too easy, way too easy.
I was waiting the whole time for the game to introduce some advanced concepts. It felt like I was playing an elongated tutorial.

You people have nothing better to do, then to play ridiculous flash games, then chat about them! I beat this game in 2 and 1/2 minutes! Here is the complete walk through, you can even count. Its exactly 2 min. 32 sec!
