That's the kind of game, where I realize, that english isn't my mother language.
Even the first riddle isn't solveble for me :(

Googled a little bit and found that 'eating crow' is another way of admitting that you're wrong, and 'yelling uncle' has to do with admitting that you're subdued by someone else...But still don't know the answer...
