There is language issue. Click right top button after start.
1. note at the bottom of wall: R is dangerous.
2. pink book/note: clue for the safe.
3. bottle with dog label: magic water. click the square button to drink.

Box cutter to right of bookcase & screwdrive in bookcase will get you going. There's definitely another end, I just turned into a dog!

I think the "good" ending is exiting through the left turn in the grate tunnel, because it's the only one where there is no unhappy mom.
