im looking for #5 now , the hint showed me 3 different places to look but it just has the symbols that went with numbers that i didn't write down ..anybody else at this point??

Still not there...there's only one guy with a fork right? In the very top right, with silver hair? There's no hotspot there, I swear...I have traced the right tine (and the whole picture) umpteen times with my mouse!

Kiri is that the one that has the 3 pieces for a clue? If it is you have to find those pieces before it will show up

1st piece on crab 3 down 3 to left 2nd piece on guy 2 down 4 left 3rd piece 4 down 4th left you have to zoom in on those spots

I hope someone posts a walkthrough...believe it or not, I'm still stuck on #5 ball. I thought I had gone to the statues with those clues, but I'm definitely doing something wrong.

1 - Top row, second from left. Orange ball.
2 - Top row, fourth from left on scales. Green ball.
3 - Top row, fifth from left on schoolgirl. Purple ball.
4 - Third row, second shelf on wand. Pale blue ball.
5 - Click on three hint spots before getting the fifth ball, which is on the end of the fork. See Post 47 for hints. Dark blue ball.
6 - Sixth ball in the shelf next to where you got the fifth ball, in the pink hat. Pink ball.
7 - Seventh and last in the first shelf on the actual ball. Red ball.
And out.
Finally got #5 ball...helps if I read the directions correctly.

I'm sorry, but everyone is saying that #3 is in the elbow of the "schoolgirl". That's not a schoolgirl (the person's wearing shorts and has short hair!). That's a "he" and he's the main character in the anime/manga, Detective Conan (or Case Clased in America). No wonder I was so confused with all the comments, thanks EvlWmn1001 for clearing things up. Actually, this game keeps adding characters from different anime/manga (One Piece, Bleach, and Gintama). I wonder if there's a reason.
