i've got blue and green key (used), steering wheel (used), red ball (used), white square (used), magnet and rope (used) and now i have two batteries and have no clue about the 3 digit code and the colours?

3 digit code you get by using the fishfood in the aquarium.

after u enter the code from TV u will get a green box -maybe fish food- put it in the aquarium to get the 3 digits code
Numbers on the clock go into the blue box under tv.
Feline once you get the remote working the TV gives you the colour code. Get yhe thing that looks like fish feed and put in fish tank like thing

Lol, people! I'd never figure out the green box was fish food! But used in the aquarium nonetheless... (Trial and error...)

Blue box shows you what to do with the clock and then he colored dots.

Justin... the three digit code gives u a new box for codes. u follow that and u get 2 more pieces for the door.
but u can leave anytime after u get the first piece i think

The star is in the locker under the fish tank. But you need to open it with the clue in the 4 digit box.

Ahn... I can't find the star... I opened blue box, got code for coloured buttons, but nothing shows up... Not even in other places... Any hints?
Use the fish food on the tank to get the numbers under the t.v.
Use the 1 clue to get the 4 digit code to open the box.
Use the inside clue to open the locker under the tank for the star.

Martin can you explain that last part? All I see in the blue box is the colored buttons.
Justme, the blue box shows you the number for each button. The clock shows you a 4-digit code, which you use on the blue buttons.
Sorry, you use 4-digit code on the COLOURED buttons, not blue...
sorry but I'm a bit thick this morning. lol I got 7322 from clock and used it to open the blue box. I'm now trying to get the star but I don't understand how or the clues.
Justme, use 7322 on the coloured buttons. Then check the slider door under aquarium. :)
now that was weird! I just clicked a few times on the box under the tank and it opened!
The blue box tells you red=1, orange=2 etc. So type 7322 on the coloured buttons.

Complete Walkthrough - Thanks to help from others (Feline, Maddee etc)
Turn right twice and get steering wheel off armchair.
Click above armchair to get piece of string
Put wheel in the black square on wall and turn to get round piece.
Go back and click on what looks like a fish tank and get green key.
Use green key on second drawer and get first battery.
Check in green key drawer by clicking on the rop right hand part of it, to get orange key.
Click on right top corner of clock and get blue key.
Open first drawer with blue key and get magnet.
Attach magnet to string and get the square out of hole in floor next to cabinets
Get second battery from back of clock
Open bottom drawer with orange key and get remote control
Put batteries in remote control
Use remote control on tv and get color code for buttons on safe
Open safe and get some sort of green box.
Dump stuff in green box in the fish tank and get code to open cabinets under TV. (598) Keep trying if the cabinet doesn't open.
Once open you'll then see another blue code box with clues on what to do next.
Get clock off wall and place it in the elevator. Turn wheel till it disappears, then turn wheel again and it will re-appear giving you the code for the blue box. Open blue box and get triangle shape and notice second clue to get the final shape, which is the star. Go back to the colored buttons and press them according to the code on clock & button number - 7322 Then go to box under tank and open to get star.
Put shapes in slots on door and you're out.
how do you get the coloured buttons to change colour
I notice one thing no one give clue numbers out and what the colors should be...completely lost
