How can I get past the alligator?

Why can't I just hit the alligator on the nose with hammer?

can't hit gator with hammer or ax or stick, can't cut down a tree to cross, can't feed gators fish, can't set them on fire, cna't tied up the gators with rope, and can't tie up a human to sacrifice. stuck stuck stuck
i got past one by feeding one of the fish - i threw it to the right.
and the other one to the left..
how do you catch fish?

by the way, if your inventory gets messed up, just put something into or take it out of the backpack. It will straighten out.
go to the right and use the fishing rod
go right from the gator scene to fish. Place your fishing pole to the left and catch the fish by clicking the pole as the fish are near
I took the fishing rod out, went to the right, put it into the water - then when a fish comes near it, click on the hook - it should catch it

tried that...where on the screen do you put the rod?
@Kaury and George -- I can't seem to feed them fish. Should I be zoomed in (where they are snapping) or not?

Hey Kitafox - no, you don't need to be zoomed in - I took the first fish in the inventory and clicked just to the right of the first alligator - the second one to the left (I think just below the branch)
I'm stuck with nowhere to pitch a tent

oh! Did you put the indiana jones wannabe on the rock before you threw the fish? That might make a difference
I fed the crocodiles with the fishes, caught two roasted hens... I don't know what to do, now.
got it. I was placing the fish too close to the gators.
Eek! one of my hens is stuck ut in the scene. Glitch.

has anyone else been collecting the pieces of wood? I have 3 now - the first time around I couldn't get them.
But also, on my first try, I ended up with Spruce Poles - now I can't find them for the life of me!

I have 3 pieces of wood and never did see spruce poles.

@melimelolivas they're wandering around - they look more like roosters - they'll "cook" once you click on them... lol
one tent stake goes to the left of the rock, by the ranger's foot
i got one in just above the mans foot. i then died and can not do it again
give the tent stake to the guy.he puts them wherever he wants to
i got 3 pieces of wood before.now have to restart cuz time got over..
flint is standing on a rock hoe do I fish. Can't seems to put the pole anywhere
@Ruth he can't be on the rock. Get him back on shore and go right.
okay, Flint did 2 stakes, and now quit. He's lazy I guess

umm me thinks this is a glitch but i can just keep going right and reached to a scene where there are snakes in their path now...didnt even put up the tent..

never mind, I had to place the otehr 2. One to the right of the light green tree and one below where the olive green mud(?) comes to a point

Starting for the 5th time. Where exactly is the flint? These gams are challenging/buggy enough without being timed...ugh.

Linda - I don't think there's an actual "flint" - it's just one of the character's names...

ah got it. Go up from the scene after your cross the river and go right 1 time.

ok... i got the tent up - everyone went inside (*ahem* ;-)) one girl came out - and now it's night... nothing after that??
argh took me ages to put those tent stakes.guess we didnt have to give the guy..the second is behind the guy..got me confused..
ok got one bunch of spruce poles and put rope at all ends.
also for me its better i refresh when i restart or everything turns out to be buggy

okay, she placed the wood and built the teepee over the fire. And now I am stuck again
kitafox - did you tie the top of the teepee? after you tie it, you have to put one hen on then take it off - the girl takes it into the tent and then do the same to the second one.
Anyone figure out the snakes, yet? I've got a wooden plank and a stick - but i'm stuck
never mind. I got it.
hmm...i think my game is just crap...i can't do anything except fish and get two pieces of wood. and i can only move between two scenes, the aligator and fish...?!?!?!

@melimelolivas after you feed the fish, get everyone across the rocks. You need to click on a character, the first rock, the second rock, then the third.
Don't forget to grab the two sticks of wood in that scene.
Once you have all the characters across, you should be able to go right.
give flint the stick to move the snakes

good thing they didn't need the boat to get home since they never tied it up

Once across the river, go right
Get the piece of wood by the mushrooms and rock
Go right
Zoom in on the blue backpack and get the fishing pole
Place the pole at the left bottom edge of the screen
When a fish is near the pole, click the pole to catch it
Take the fish from the end of the pole and repeat for a second fish
Go left
Click the guy in green (his name is Flint) and then click the first rock in the water so he stands on it
If you try to click the second, you will see the alligators in the water -- you need to get rid of them
Click the smaller fish and place it in the water to the right of the gator (in line with the bug on the rock)
Click Flint and the second rock and repeat with the second gator (to the left of this gator in line with Flint’s foot)
Click Flint and the third rock (on the shore) to get him across
Repeat with all the other characters to get them on shore (click them one at a time and then the 3 rocks)
Get the piece of wood at the bottom of the cactus by Flint’s foot
Click down to exit that view and go right
Click the rooster when it is behind the rock
Click the wood to the left of the rocks
Click the bushes to the right of Flint’s head to go up to a new scene
Take the poles by his leg and the ones at the right of the screen that look a bit like vines
Go down and then right
Click the second rooster
Go right again
Take a stake from the blue backpack as well as the hammer
Place the first stake by his left foot (your right)
Give him the hammer
Get a second stake and give it to him and then the hammer
Place the 3rd stake to the right of the bright green tree in the background and give him the hammer
Place the last stake below where the olive green dirt comes to a point and give him the hammer
Take the vertical poles and place them in the center of the stakes
Get the long cord from the red backpack
Use the cord where each of the stakes are
Get the blue tarp from the red backpack and place it over the ropes
Click the tent so they all enter
The girl will come out
Give her the 3 pieces of firewood and the rest of the poles
Give her the cord so she ties the poles
From the red backpack, take the fuel and matches and give them to her
Hand her one chicken and then click it
When she returns, hand her the other and then click it
Go right until you reach the scene where Flint is beside a large tree with a forest in the background
Click on the forest to the right of Flint to zoom in -- take the plank from beside the third tree from the right
Go right again
Zoom in on the branches over Flint’s head and take the long stick (orange-brown in color)
Go right again and give Flint the stick to move the snakes
Go right and use the plank on the pit
Click to the right of the plank to get them all to cross
Go right
Get the ax and thick rope from the blue bookbag
Give Flint the ax and he will chop a foot hold in the tree
Give him the rope and then click the foothold and he will climb and tie the rope
Click to the right of the quicksand and all will cross
Go right and you are out!

I can't play it. Its sooo buggy. I really dont think they should be celebrating there 100th escape game, when they can't even get them to work properly lol I click on something my inventory and it sticks on the screen. I tried putting it back into my inventory, but that doesn't work. Oh well shame on 123bee
Oh my god, you'd think that by the 100th game they'd figure out that they have MASSIVE BUGS! I was almost to the end and it just started me over. No reason, no out of time, just started over. 123bee, it's quality, not quantity.
