Forensics Escape is another new point and click type room escape game from Gamershood. You are a negligent detective in a murder scene. You have to find enough evidence to convict a felon who is a suspect and has already taken into custody. Good luck and have fun!

Re: the puzzle, you just need to arrange the lines so that they all connect smoothly. I don't discern any real shape to the solution -- they just connect. Oh, and btw, there's something other than the coin-things in the box.
Can anybody explain how to "lift" fingerprints? I can make them appear w/ the duster thing, but I don't see a way to capture them.

You have a fingerprint scanner (click the picture in the inventory to open and close the about item view of it), a UV light, a fingerprint duster, a baggie, and tweezers in your inventory
Click the towel on the left wall (to the left of the left lamp stand)
Use the tweezers to get the hair
Use the UV light on the dark pink spot
Back up
Zoom in on the right desk drawers
Open the middle one and get the camera
Zoom in on the white dresser and get the tape from next to the chair in that view
Also, click the second drawer from the bottom and see the puzzle box
Connect the lines in the box (they will look a bit like the letters J and U when completed if you tilt your head to the left)
left column should all be vertical, the rest should all be horizontal with the lines linking
Click the front part of the box when all the lines are smooth
See the dark smudge in the upper right corner of the lid?
Use the fingerprint duster and then the tape to capture the fingerprint
Back up 2 times
Zoom in on the heater to the left of the desk
See the faint red on the floor between the heater and the lamp base?
Use the UV light there
Take a picture of the footprint
Zoom in on the round white switch near the top of the heater
Use the fingerprint duster and tape there for fingerprint number 2
Back up 2 times
Click the bottles on the right side of the desktop
Use the fingerprint duster and tape on the top of the larger bottle
Click the fingerprint analyzer in your inventory
Click each fingerprint tape and place it on the dark part of the analyzer
One will be a match
Click the fingerprint analyzer in your inventory to close that view
Back up
Click the pull cord (just under the shade) of the lamp by the white dresser
Use the tweezers to get the hair
Back up
Click the plant on top of the dresser and get hair number 3 on the top right leaf
Back up and click the chair in the right corner
Click the door and leave
