Secret room?
I found them all except the shape that looks like a running carrot.
SPOILER
Giraffe = blue on banner at top of stairs
Crab = Green found in chest
Little man with antennas = black found by exit door behind light
Millipede = red found in fire
bird = yellow found on creature banner
Am I missing something? I have tried just changing the colours of the shapes as they appear, then also moving the shapes over the coulour and changing the colour there, but no good.

Note you can look at yourself by clicking the magnifying glass next to your picture in your inventory
Turn right
Click the shields on the wall
Click the right, which is different, and get a shape
Zoom in on the fireplace
Click the bottom right of the fire and get a shape
Get the knife
Zoom in on the picture to the right of the fireplace and see a place to put your shapes
Note the chest is locked
Turn right
Get the necklace from the left table
Get another knife
Zoom in on the right table and get the shape from the platter
Zoom in on the sword rack to the right -- get the knife from the end
Back up
Click the red banner and get a shape
Click the banner again and see a puzzle box
Turn right
Zoom in on the bench beside the bookcase -- get a shape
Zoom in on the bookcase
Open the bottom doors and get a knife
Get the right book from the top shelf
Flip through the pages (click the left side of the open book) to find a shape in the book
Stand with the bookcase and bench to your right and click to the left of the screen -- see the stairs are missing
Turn left
Click the white banner and the level will release the stairs
Click the handle again and get the knife
Back up, turn right, and click the stairs
Click the up arrow (at the very top of the screen) to climb
Click the sword stand on the right wall and get a shape and knife
Also get the leg armor from next to it
Click the banner over the door to look up (note the blue giraffe-shaped animal on the banner)
Get the shape
Turn left
Click the armor stand to get the armor
Click the “naked” armor stand until it offers you a key
Click the picture on the wall and get a shape
Click the plant at the end of the landing and get a shape
Go downstairs to the painting by the fireplace
Place all the shapes you have (note the birds in the background are whitish)
Use the key on the chest and get gloves (look at yourself in the about item view and see you are looking good!) -- note the green crab design
Look at the used key in your about item view
Click the key part to pull it out and get the last shape
Then click the picture
You will be in a new area (note the yellow running person design)
Click down and then climb the ladder back to your room
Go to the picture and see colors and numbers. Note the numbers and colors
Go to the red banner over the tables and click it to see the puzzle box again
Click the boxes on the top row -- set the shape and the color using the middle and bottom rows. I didn’t know all of the shapes, so this was a bit of trial and error.
The color order is red, blue, green, white, yellow, black. You know green (chest), yellow (passage with the ladder), white (fireplace picture), and blue (upstairs banner).

Get the key
Go upstairs to the locked door
Use the key and see the wizard
Get the boots
Place the knives in the slots at the bottom of the barrel
The wizard will escape
Go downstairs
And meet the wizard at the door
Click him and he will open the door
Leave together!

Okay, if anyone is here...kitkatfox, I used your walkthrough. I put all the shapes into the picture, but I didn't get sent to a new area at all. Then I went and did the puzzle under the banner, but even with your order, nothing happened. You say to click the picture after putting in the last shape, but I can't; clicking it does nothing.
