Used a cable on the phone to get a code... don't know where to use it. crosses on the fire place grill, number on the wine bottle, a brown sheet of paper from box....
lets give it a try, its gotta be better than the control room!

Well that was an easy one.
put a puzzle together on the side of the fridge... I can also see the colors for the first knob on the brown paper
my knife disappeared after using it for the box
The code on the stove from left to right is:
Blue on top, Green on top, red on top, Yello on top.
Once you enter that, the burners give you the code for the middle bar on the door.

Hmmm.. the video walkthrough doesn't even seem to show how those were deduced. Annoying.
Zoom in on the fireplace
Note the faint crosses inside the open fireplace section in the upper right corner (the right of the four crosses has the yellow facing the top)
Back up using the bar across the bottom of the screen
Zoom in on the phone on the table top, but you will see it isn’t plugged in

Turn right using the arrow at the edge of the screen
Zoom in on the highest box on the wall
Get the phone cord
Back up
Zoom in on the yellow and white plates on the second box and get the box cutter
Click to the side of the fridge in this view
Drag the silver trash can out of the way and you will see a tiny puzzle with shapes
Drag the shapes to complete the puzzle and note the shapes
Turn left
Zoom in on the phone and use the cord on the outlet in the walk
Zoom all the way in on the phone and note the numbers
Back up 2 times and turn right 2 times
Zoom in on the lit stove top
Note the knobs have crosses with colors like you saw in the fireplace, but you don’t know the order yet
Back up and turn right
Use the boxcutter on the box by the chest
You will get a brown paper
Click it in your inventory and note the crosses in the upper right corner (the first has the yellow aimed down)
When you close the view using the down bar, it will turn you to the dining room table again
Turn left so you face the door
Zoom in on the black, gray, and red box to the left of the top bar holding the door closed
Enter the code from the phone

It will automatically open once the code is in
Zoom in on the circles to the left of the bottom bar on the door
Click them to form the shapes from the side of the fridge

Back up all of the way and turn left
Zoom in on the stove top
You know the position of the yellow for the first and last knobs
Trial and error will get you the other 2
Click the crosses on the knobs to turn them

The burners will turn off, and you can see the circle code
Turn right
Zoom in on the circles to the right of the middle bar on the door
The upper left parts of the circles should be

Back up and click the door to leave!
Trial and error? hmm... not the best way to perform an escape for me, unless there is no other way. Is it just me or does anyone else feels a little frustrated in games like this?
I escaped and did not even use that cutting thing (whatever it was)
The only thing I could find what could be a hint for the second and third knob from the stove is the 1976 on the wine bottle.
If it's a hint, it's not a very good one, but here it is; You have to ignore the 1 and the 6 because you found the position of the first and fourth knob in the fire place and from the thing (plate/note?) in the box. But if you click the second knob 9x and the third knob 7x they are in the right position as well.
I don't know and maybe it's far-fecthed but perhaps this is what the maker gave us as a hint instead of trial and error.
