Safe over sofa, behind wall paper. Listening to music, then walk around, click painting and key falls down from lamp. Opened safe got steel gear.

Suddenly lights were dimmed and I cant do anything or move (after clicing computer).
well i managed to get a key then the room got dim and i couldnt do anything.. had 7 minutes left to play.

got a picture moved and tried using the gear.. made no sense to me. i gave up
@daisysos: click one of the four painings while listening to the cassette. (you see where to click when it playes).
I got another steel gear by opening right cabinette under tv with gold card. Also disarmed security with code from tv, but cant escape yet.
Dimmed again. I dont like this one!!!!

so i'm playing the cassette and clicking the bicep in the lower rt picture - nothing is happening. I did find a key on the magazines...

Dimmed for the 4th time!! I cant believe I keep doing this. Liked Uwasa much more. Does this frozen screen happen to everyone and is there a way out except restarting??
oops, my bad. I was seeing a ghost from the right speaker when I changed screens. Got a coin from another picture.
@zoz: No, Suicune is asleep now, we did solve that one! You get the key on the magazines after you click that spot in the painting, before that the key is in the lamp.

hmm just got dark frozen screen with 7 minutes to spare...
it seems to freeze when you click on the top left paining where you put the gears. I cant listen to this music anymore...it's driving me nuts!

Holy moly I actually finished a game by myself. I can try to help if anyone has questions. You don't need 8 gears as a hint.
My lamp doesnt work under sofa, and my coin got stuck under lamp in inventory..

You can only play the cassette for just a second and turn music off again. That's enough for the key to fall from the lamp. I found that out on my last attempt.

I must really be stupid and/or blind because all I can find is a coin and a card and can't do anything with either of them! Also turned on TV.

Find the cassette under carpet in sofa view.
daisyjane i was stuck at the same spot until my last post (pop?). click around the floorboards in front of the four paintings on the right and get the chopstick. use chopstick on the anatomy poster and remove air duct with coin to get uv lamp. use that on magazine and get paper clip which you use on drawer. and then I timed out!
oh and the chopsticks r used on the anatomy picture next to the computer
the card is used on the tv cupboards

@daisyjane49 look for a cassette under the rug in front of the couch. There's a safe on the shelf over the couch. And there's a hiding place in the wood floor under the 4 paintings.
Ok, now found the cassette under the top right corner of the wool carpet and played it for key! Progress.. Got gear from safe and now stuck with coin and card again!
@zoz. Don't feel bad. No brains are needed in this game -- just lots of blind clicking! :/

@zoz.. hahaha.. If we had better brains we might not be playing games like this at all. Your brain helped me before and will do it again, I'm sure! Now, just get those four gears on the wall and get out of there...lol!!
First view: Door you are trying to escape
-Click on the floor board to the right of the rug and to the left of the arrow near the bottom of the screen. Inside you will get a gear and a pair of chopsticks.
-Look at the 4 paintings. The bottom left painting has a coin. It's in a bluish circle near the bottom left.

Couch view:
-Notice the key in the chandelier, you'll get that later.
-Click on the wallpaper above the shelf and to the left of the plant. It reveals a safe that needs a key.
-Click on the wooly rug in the upper right corner to get a cassette tape (who still uses those?)

Laptop view:
-Use your chopsticks on the anatomy poster. It will reveal an airduct plate. Use your coin on the airduct plate. You get a UV lamp.
-Click on the shelf above laptop about 4 books in from the right to get a gold bank card. Notice the name on the card = WULFEN

Big tv view:
-Insert your cassette in the player on middle left side. Turn it on by clicking to the left of where you put the tape in. It starts playing music but also vibrates the room (that's important). You can turn it off again by clicking in the spot again.
-Turn the tv on by clicking the tv all the way at the bottom right. It's snowy. Use your UV lamp by moving it over the screen. The words on the bottom tell you that you can read it and the password is: NEST (you can turn the tv off again to stop the static noise)
Go Right 2x
Couch view:
-Notice the vibrations knocked your key down on the magazines. Take the key and use it on the safe. You get second gear.
-Use your UV lamp on the underside of the couch on the left. A yellow paperclip will pop up in your inventory.
Go Right 1x
Laptop view:
-Use yellow paperclip on bottom cabinet draw. You will get third gear.
-Now we can log in to the computer. Click the laptop. Name = WULFEN Password = NEST You will get an id number, they change each time.
Go Right 1x
Big tv view:
-Use your gold bank card on the right cabinet door under the stereo. It will open and give you 4th and final gear.

Door view:
-Click the security pad to enter your code.
-Notice the painting next to the security pad opened up. Here's where you place your gears
-The idea is to get them from the left to the right all rotating. So place one on the top left. One right below that (not the very left hole the one to the right of that). Next one to the right of that. And finally the very bottom hole. Click the green button. Watch the spinning and then bam the door is open! Click the door and you get a big Congrats!!!!
And paperclip is a lock pick and chopstick a papercutter!
@cece: I had to look at my computer screen a bit from above to see the code. Try to move around by your screen and you'll se some faint text at one point.

My TV screen is still snowy after using UV lamp over it. What am I doing wrong?
@Edgar it's ok if your screen is still snowy, just means the tv is still on. You can turn it off the same way you turned it on, the bottom right side of the tv, I think button is glowing since it's on.
@EDGAR ,i got the same thing ,then i found out it wont change just a small comment appears below the screen saying ur password is nest.

too buggy :( sometimes when you click TV, Security box, Or Laptop Computer, It fades dark and freezes, failing to load that which was meant to pop up on screen.
