Ok I have 4 books and magnify glass, need to figure out clue for fruit lock
I also had a blue screen first, but it worked after I refreshed
just keep refreshing saima.. worked for me
got only 2 books..
I hate being a nagger from the start, but I'm lousy with codes and I'm missing a book (letter A). Any hints on that? Thanks! :)

Also have found the two locks but i have NO clue as to the pass codes.
i got a mopstick & mop head.. used after combining the 2.. got a hammer too.. now need to find fruit lock code.. where r the other 2 books & magnifying glass?
Magnifying glass is inside the numbers safe, don't worry about getting it, it's the last thing you need. The fruit safe is the exit.
the number lock code is on the wall, you need to put out the fire

How do i get the fire extingusher?
Martin, I got a zoomed view of the fire and a zoomed view of the window in the fire scene (and the not zoomed view, of course). No book yet. :(

can get a close up view of the barcodes on the books with magnifier.. but no idea what to do with them

u get a piece of charcoal from the bucket when u put out the fire.. use it on the wall in the 1st scene behind the pile of books for safe code

For the fruit safe, the letters give you the order, the numbers give you the code.

look at the numbers under the bar code. assign each number with the letters of the alphabet and...you get the fruit code!

BOOKTHROUGH
Empty Corner View
- Take the hammer.
- Take first half part of mop.
GO LEFT, Window and Door View
- Look up and take the crowbar (in the hole in the ceiling). Zoom out.
GO LEFT, One Fallen Cupboard View
- Use your crowbar on the cupboard and take the fire exstinguisher.
- Take book 1 from behind the cupboard (top middle).
GO LEFT, Two Fallen Cupboards View
- Take second half part of mop (right behind cupboard).
- Take book 2 (green one on the left).
GO LEFT, Standing Cupboard View
- Zoom in on the pile of books and take book 3 (top blue one). Zoom out.
GO LEFT (2x), Window and Door View
- Use your fire exstinguisher on the fire. Zoom in on the bucket and take the piece of charcoal. Zoom out.
- Zoom in on the window and use your hammer on the planks and take book 4. Zoom out.
GO RIGHT, Empty Corner View
- Zoom in on the white scratches on the right wall and use your piece of charcoal on it and see a code. It's different every game (if I remember correctly). Zoom out.
GO RIGHT, Standing Cupboard View
- Click all three bags to remove them and zoom in on the safe and put in your code. The safe opens and you can take the magnifier. Zoom out.
GO RIGHT, Two Fallen Cupboards View
- In your inventory; Put the two parts of the mop together.
- Use the mop to get rid off the water and see a code box.
- Zoom in (2x) on the code box and see you have to place fruit in the correct order.
- In your inventory; Look at all the books and click them to see the back. Notice they all got the word sale on it, but everytime a different letter is red. Use your magnifier to see the bar codes. With all that information you can open the code box and go out, so go out and you're out. (Solution; next comment).

SOLUTION FRUIT CODE
The order of the books is; the one with the red S, the one with red A, red L and red E, because in that way you've got the word sale.
Barcode on S-book is 16-5-1-3-8, on A-book 16-5-1-18, on L-book 12-5-13-15-14 and on E-book 1-16-16-12-5.
The numbers are the letters of the alphabet and that gives the order;
p-e-a-c-h, p-e-a-r, l-e-m-o-n and a-p-p-l-e, so peach-pear-lemon-apple it is.

Is that it when you go through the trapdoor, because you can go back to the room and there is no 'escaped' or 'the end' etc.
pop, don't worry i clicked a bit higher up and it worked.
lol the first time I loaded this game, I had no inventory. Everything I picked up disappeared.
It worked fine when I reloaded.
I got all the codes on my own!!! Yay!!! (although they were probably easy)
It was just a little buggy for me...I had to click that open trap door a dozen times before it let me out ...it kept saying..."a strange lock" like I had clicked on the unopened fruit lock... other than that it is a pretty good game!

I like the way roof repaired it's self after you mop the floor, the drip just stopped.
