FIRST SCENE
Click backpack on bottom left and receive lighter.
Click left pocket and relieve candle.
Light candle with lighter.
RIGHT CAVE
Click left bottom side of rock and pick up pick axe.
Leave and enter left cave.
LEFT CAVE
Go down to scene with water.
Click to zoom in on water.
Click the twinkle on the left in the uppermost left part of the water to receive key.
Zoom out and go left.
Take rope from bears paws.
Go on until bridge.
Click bridge to watch it fall apart.
Select rope and click the right part of the bridge to walk across.
Grab torch out of rock.
Click Left of rock that looks like an 'X' to make new hole.
Grab compass.
Select torch and light in lava.
Go back to Main Scene.
OH NO! BEAR!!
Use lit torch on him.
Enter his cave and use pick axe on mound of dirt to see treasure chest.
Use key on treasure chest.
Receive paper.
Go back to WATER SCENE.
Click to left of this scene to see a statue room.
Place compass on left of statue. (pixel hunt)
Use piece of paper. E & W = East & West.
When finished inserting code click button in middle of compass.
Get in cart beside the statue.

ReplyDeleteAfter trudging through the mountains ankle deep in snow, a cave appears in the distance...oh whew...shelter! but wait...you will have to work your way to the other side!! Dang...well, might as well get started:
- when first entering the cave you notice a tan back pack...hmmm...seems to be something sticking out of the right side...YES!!! pick up the lighter ... after some snooping, you find a candle in the left pocket ...
the cave is dank and dark but you have deduced that displaying the candle in the *about* view and highlighting the lighter, you can light the candle and continue your journey..
- go through the right-hand cave opening and zoom in on that large rock in the center...wow! on the right side of the rock is a pick axe ... this should come in handy!
- continue down the corridor to a room with pools of water... notice another opening upon entering this room and click a little to the right...oh my! you have stumbled into a room with a statue ... you will come back to this room in a bit, until then,
- go back to the pool room and notice the cool little sparkles on the water...interesting yes? the top left pool has a gift ... just click on the *right-hand sparkle* and voila... a key magically appears!
- now click on the left orange arrow and ...YIKES!!!! a bear is sleeping in a little nook on the right side, but you notice some rope by his paws...take the rope and quickly continue down the corridor until you come to a wooden bridge...hmmm, this bridge has seen better days but try to cross anyway...oops! after clicking on the bridge it collapses into the water below, but not to worry :) use the rope and toss to the other side...now you can safely cross to the other side.
- take the torch from the stone...after taking the torch, look to your left and notice a cross-like marking on the wall...using the pick axe, click on this mark and the wall will break open ...
- enter this new area and take the gold compass off the marble pedestal; also, while you are in here, take the torch and dip it in the molten lava...cool! now you have fire on the torch!!!! leave this area and head back to the.....EEEECCCKKK!!!!!
- the bear woke up and is now blocking your path...hmmmm....what to do now? BUT WAIT! wave the lit torch in the bear's face and he runs like a little wussy bear...now that he's gone, let's investigate his nook
- in the middle of the floor inside the bear's nook are some markings...use the pick axe on those markings and OOOOHHHHH.... you just dug up a treasure chest...and you just happen to be in possession of a key!!
- use the key on the chest and find a paper with the following directions printed on it: E8,W7,E3,W2...interesting!
- continue down the corridor and enter the pool room again...now, remember that statue room you found earlier? enter the room and click on the right-hand side of the statue...place the gold compass in the slot...now those directions make sense :) press east-8x, west-7x east-3x and west-2x, then press center gem in compass and the wall opens up!
- jump in the rail car and get ready to take a ride...you will need to answer some questions as you speed along...Japanese isn't your second language but not to worry...you can only answer with a O or X ... a bell rings when you answer correctly but don't fret...if you don't get the answer the first time, you get to try the same question again :D eventually, you will reach the end of your ride...
- at the finish line, you will stop in front of a white palace...on a pedestal in the palace awaits your final reward....CALPIS Lemon Drink jajajaja!!!!! click on the lemon drink and not only will you feel refreshed and charged up with Vitamin C, but you will have escaped the cave :

Okay...tried and tried to play this but the pixel hunt is waaaaay too much. I clicked every sparkle a hundred times in the water scene (especially the ones that were in the eventual walkthrough) to try and to find the key and still found nothing! :(
