Nice one once I understood how the hourglasses worked :)
You need to wait for one to finish before you can move any of them, and you can turn one or two around at the same time.

Can someone say how they got the 7 and 11 to equal 24? I can't figure it out and it's bugging me. Thanks!

First turn Left hourglass only, then L+R, then L, then R and last R.

Not me lilgrouch, i did the number puzzle in 2 seconds but haven´t got a clue what to to with these hourglasses, it´s bugging me a lot as well

For the first one (=15) turn both of them first (L+R), then only L and only L one more time.

And for the numbers: Click the upper number 2, then the number 1 in row 2, column 2.
Last click on the number 1 in the lower left corner.
