how do you keep the patient alive. I've done everything it said
@Dee, if the heart rate is too low, use the injection a few times, there is no limit so u can use it as many times as u like, that will get the rate up and then u can do ur work comfortably.
I love this game :) Finally i get to use my chainsaw the way it was meant to be used. And.. did I just pierce a heart and pull out a rabbit from someones organ?
@Ellie, It will get weirder, there will be bird, crab, honey bee and some fish i think.
Got a couple of B's and C's but will not do it again for A.

@Saima, I didn't think much about the grades. I just clicked through all of the information between the patients. I finished them all, but some levels were hard!

Quite frankly, this installment is INFINITELY easier than past versions. I was able to get As on every level (opening the bonus level) without hardly any re-tries...and I was awful with the first versions of the game.
How do you do the type and talk with the pig? I don't understand it's so fast and I can't click the letters in time

the second one is TEN TIMES better than the first but I cant get through the pig level im stuck what the fuck do you do after you install the voice box???????
How do you kill the crabs without killing the patient!
This it ticking me off. I try using the keyboard on the type and talk with the pig. but it doesnt work. and it goes to fast to be able to click on the letters. :(
I found a short cut to using the syring. when u click to use it, right click the mouse for the options thing, then click on the dot at the end of the maze on the syring skip it.
I got my keyboard to work on the type and talk with the pig. but now i'm stuck on the last file. i cant figure out how to kill the wormy thing. it appears after i kill the centeped then heal all the wounds. how do i kill it.

I'm at the very very beginning. I followed all instructions. I followed the last set of directions and got no more. So I just let the guy die. I tried experimenting with all the tools at this point. Some killed him faster and some did nothing. Is there some "I'm Done!" button I can click, or something? Help please.

Most likely there were some minor cuts you needed to close as well. There's no such button. The "I'm done" comes by itself once you're really done.
