OK, a couple of notes here. Disabled the security cameras, but had to kick 5 times on the cabinet.
Need username and pw to gain access to the computer, but only have the name of the cat as a clue... any help??
Aha! I missed a note on the left of the desk (facing the computer) and ready to do some hacking.
Used the hacking software. Dragged the hacking program icon to the network one.
I need to know where I am!!
Anyone knows what Wing is room 909 in the State Dept. building?

Hmmmm!!! I couldn't find any info about it, and my security level almost run out (5/8) because of trial and error, but got it.
BUILDING: State Department
WING: F (!!!!)
ROOM: 909 (of course)
Safe Opened (had to learn how to use the safecracking devise) and Mark Identified.
Now only to kill him to achieve all the objectives.
Go to the windows, click on the skyscraper glowing red, the objective moves around but glows in red too. Wait for the right moment to shoot and BANG!
Mission accomplished.

Pw: the photo on the table to the left of the couch: Milo
Btw, playing in FF made the game really slow, while I can move around more easily in IE.
@Edgar, if you click on the blue prints icon on the computer you'll find info that room 909 is in wing F.
Mission completed. Need something else now to calm down the motion sickness :)

Last night I played I tried 'bryan grey' as the username and 'milo' as the password with upper and lower case... they both worked for me.
@Ellie, I'm pretty sure I tried to read all of the files in that computer, but maybe I didn't do it right. Thanks for finding out where the Wing info is to be gotten.

Edgar try the game " OZEE " they did not want to post it. I got 389 stars but there must around 435 stars. Nice game with a lot of saving points.

WALKTHROUGH
In order to investigate the items in this game, you need to be close enough to them until you see a red circle around your pointer when hovering it on them
● Move to the right and investigate the cabinet next to the bookshelves. Click with your mouse after a lighting flash to kick the cabinet and to get it open after 5 kicks. After that, you’ll have the Security Code:2230 added in your notes.
● Move to the right of the bookshelves and investigate the code pad. Enter the Security Code to have the SECURITY CAMERAS DISABLED (OBJECTIVE 1).
● Investigate the plate above the code pad to have a new note added: Room 909.
● Go to the right (if still facing the door wall) and investigate the photo on the table next to the couch; a new note with the cat’s name will be added: Milo
● Move to the right and investigate the envelope of a letter to the right of the desk (it’s the side of the desk near the windows) for a new note: Bryan Grey.
● Go behind the desk and investigate the picture with the State Dept. logo on it to have this new piece of info added in your note pad.
● Turn around to investigate the computer. Enter the username [BRYAN GREY] and the password [MILO], click on ‘Login’ and you’ll have the OBJECTIVE 2 completed: ACCESS TO THE COMPUTER TERMINAL.
● Double click on the ‘blue prints’ file and click once on the .jpg archive in it to know that Room 909 is located the Wing F of this building. [Thanks @Ellie!] Close the open files with the red button on the top left of them.
● In your inventory bar at the bottom, select the hacking software and drag the ‘hack it’ program icon on the ‘network’ one, click on ‘LAUNCH’ and wait a bit.
● You’ll be asked to chose (click) the following.
- Building: STATE DPT.
- Wing: F
- Room: 909
SYSTEM HACKED AND SAFE LOCATED make the OBECTIVE 3 completed.
● Go to the safe to investigate it and use the safecracking tools there. Drag your mouse down inside the left box to turn the safe dial and stop when the green light turns on. Repeat dragging your mouse from bottom to the top to turn the dial to the opposite direction and stop again with the green light. Do the same (top to bottom) for the third number and the safe will be opened. The combination of the safe is 60-44-88
SAFE OPENED AND MARK IDENTIFIED completes the OBJECTIVE 4.
● Go close to the windows, select the sniper rifle in your inventory and click on the skyscraper outside glowing in red. You’ll see the target through the scope moving around (and glowing in red) 3 of the lit stories of that building in front. Wait for him to make one of his short stops and click to shoot.
MARK ASSASSINATED = OBJECTIVE 5 accomplished.

I did play this game three times after you submitted to me.To make sure whether it was suitable to post on eg24 or not; there must be misunderstand >.<
Great game - thanks Tosca. Only have just played it as there had been no new games posted, I previously skipped over the game as I assumed it was a shooting game. Very pleasantly suprised to find an excellent adventure/strategy game.
