Got it. It's like Sue said, combining the arrows with a number pad like the one in a keyboard.

who can open the blue box?

@april, I have not used the 4259 and the safe buttos and arrows clues yet. Please tell me where's the other paper clue.

Congrats! You’re out!

SOLUTIONS
4-digit drawer code
Clue note 2 tells you to make a grid looking like:
789
456
123
Use the numbers from clue note 1 as starting points.
Move one step for each number, like the four arrows on clue note 2 tells you.
4 – move up =7
2 – move right =3
5 – move left =4
9 – move down =6
Code: 7346

Grey box
The hint by the bookcase tells:
blue, red, yellow, green (don’t care about the shapes)
Count the books in the same colors (use dark blue and “dark yellow”).
You’ll get: blue=5, red=4, yellow=3, green=6
Code: 5436

Blue box
Look at the three grids that you got from the right locker in the TV cupboard.
The white squares form numbers (put the grids close to each other).
Start from left side: 2, 4, 8, and then a 2 again.
That last 2 however, is the beginning of the first 2 (as if the number repeats forever).
The code is only 3 digits: 248

Wall safe
Use the numbers you’ve seen in the room together with the clue from the TV.
Desk (45) x Bookcase (16) x TV (28) = 20160

Fun! Thanks Shuchun!
