Book clue is for the box in the back, you can make numbers go blank, so only use those numbers you need starting on the righthandside.
And the last one is nine not fourteen!

Combined drill with red thing and then took the drill bit from the right pillar.
How do you get to balcony??

The second is 1969 (first man on the moon)
The third is 9 (because it's missing in 8-10-11-12)

Hint Through
- gold hook under rocking chair
- clue for chessboard on tea cart (a4, etc)
- chessboard on table on left in back; click on the appropriate boxes
- pen used on blank book on couch on the left; read in reverse
(#states, year man first walked on the moon, which number is missing from sequence)
- enter numbers in back of room, lower right to get drill
- rope under sofa where blank book is
- combine rope with hook and click on the second level on the right, just above the first column
- go to the far end of the second level for a clue to be used downstairs in the back on the far right. Get drill battery.
- click on bottom of right hand column for drill bit
- look on seat of left chair at chess table for a round filter
- use drill on center of chandelier, then place filter over the hole for clue for target
- enter correct colors on target for key
- use key upstairs on first door.
I hope i didn't forget something; i just did this from memory to try to give some quick help

Cute little game with excellent hints from all of you!
@Mikey88, I agree with your comment about vagueness. Some people post nothing then just "OUT!" and then they're gone. Also when people ask for a location for something, then post "nvm, got it" it drives me nutz! That's why when I get out i always stick around for a little while if possible to give help.

Click the rocking chair that is right of the nearest column on the left
Get the hook
Click the table that is left of the left columns
Note the blank book
Click under the couch for the rope
In your inventory, combine the string with the hook
Click the combined item to keep it
Back up so you can see the entire room
Note you can zoom in on the bottom of the chandelier (you can only access it from this view)
Click on the nearest edge of the right balcony
Use the hook and rope on the nearest balcony edge in this view to climb to the second floor (judging by the size of the hook and rope, you are very light!)
Now click the red curtain at the end of the balcony
Note the pattern
Back all the way up so you can see the entire room
Click the cart that is inside the black half circle on the floor (track?)
Note the hint on the plate
Back up and click the table on the left side of the far end of the room
Zoom in on the chessboard
Click the correct pattern and get the pen
SOLUTION BELOW
Back up once so you are still zoomed in toward the back of the room
Click the seat of the left chair at the table -- get the blue lens
Back up one time, and click the top of the middle of the long chest at the back of the room
Note there is a color puzzle here (you can’t solve it yet)

Click the box at the bottom right of the long chest

Click the bottom right corner of the wall
Click the circles to change the sizes. Get the battery

Use the pen on the close up view of the book (left page) and see strange clues
Back up and zoom on the long chest at the back of the room
Click the square on the bottom right of the long chest
Enter the numbers and get the drill

In your inventory, combine the drill and battery
Click the nearest right pillar’s base to zoom in
Note the drill bit that is stuck in the bottom of the pillar
Use the drill to get it
You now have a working drill!
Back up
Click the bottom of the chandelier
Use the drill bit on the dot in the center of it
You have exposed gray and black circles
Add the blue lens to see the colors
Back up and click the long chest to zoom in once. Click the center of the top of it to find the target puzzle
Enter the colors to get the key
From outside ring to center: SPOILERgreen,yellow,white,cyanSPOILER
Back up 2 times and click the right balcony’s nearest edge
Use the key on the closest door

CHESSBOARD solution
The plate on the cart said A4, B5, E4, and H5. The board has A at the top of the first column and 1 to the left of the first row. So the columns are lettered and the rows numbered. Click the 4th square from the top in the first column. It should turn white. Now click the 5th square from the top in the second column from the left. Click the 4th square from the top in the 5th column from the left. And then click the 5th square from the top in the rightmost column.
NUMBER PUZZLES solutions
The clues in the book after you use the pen are written backwards. The first says the number of states, the second says the first man on the moon and the last says eight, ten, eleven, twelve. Each number goes from 0-9 and then will turn blank. For the top row of numbers the clue is the number of states. There are 50 states in the United States. Click the first two 0 past nine so the spaces are blanks, and then enter 50 for the last 2 numbers. The second clue was the man on the moon. Humans first walked on the moon in 1969. The third clue is the sequence of numbers -- you need the missing number. So turn the first 3 digits to blanks and enter 9 for the last.
