well, that was super easy.
The hardest challenge was noticing the keyhole in the bulletin board.
missing 4 bells and can't figure out where to use sword

Here's a walkthrough with the bells in the order of the inventory (left to right from top to bottom)
See the note on the bulletin board to collect 24 bells
Get 1 and 2 from the table
Zoom in on the trashcan and find the 3rd
Turn right
Get bells 4, 5, and 7 from the bookshelf
Get bell 13 from the brown hanging on the wall
Click the keyboard on the accordion to find bells 6, 9, and 12
Get the stick from the top of the wall shelf
Click left of the bookcase to find bell 8
Turn right
Click the cow to get bells 17 and 24
Get bell 21 from the top of the bird’s head
Use the stick to get bell 16
Get bell 14 from by the umbrella
Get bell 18 from under the deer
Get the sword
Turn right
Use the sword on the black balloon to get the water pitcher
Click the white balloon to find bells 20 and 19
Get bell 23 from the top of the red music note on the red bag
Get bell 22 from the stocking on the wall
Turn 2 times to the music scene
Use the water pitches on the glasses to open the wall chest
Get bells 11, 10, and 15
Also get the key
Turn left
Use the key on the bulletin board to escape!
