Anyone else here? I have lured the dog to me but now I'm stuck

Have so far: cup, gloves and wire
Used nail in wall to stretch the wire and take the dogs plate
I have something that looks like a crow bar, maybe, and a leash. Used the cup on the bars and got the jailer up and somehow he gave me a bone. I don't know what to do now though.
Used the stretched wire to get the dogs collar (hope is the right word, lol). Now the dog is sitting near me!
The dog is sitting my the bars and there is something sparkling by his mouth. Not sure what that is all about.
Trying to start, but what do you click to get the game?
Used cup twice and got a bone - combine it with the plate and dog gives me the key
I'm not sure what I did, but the dog apparently has decided he is tired because he is laying down by the bars now

@Jennifer: click on the collar in inventory and then on dog and he sit again!

how do you combine the dish and cup?
Hi to all.With cup you hit the bars couple times to wake up the guardian witch throw some stuff in the cage.Combine the parts,and before you get out click on dog.There is the code to open the door.And OUT.

Stuck. I have cup (used on bars several times), gloves, wire with hook, and bowl with bone in it. I can't wake up the dog.
Take the dog collar (from the left wall in the guard room) with the wire with hook.
How in the heck do you combine things??
@Heather : Simply click first one, then second. For plate, you first have to select "pin" from your inventory, then get the plate behind dog.
Then you can combine bone with plate ;)
WALKTHROUGH :
Get the cup, above the sink. Then, select it in yur inventory, and click on the middle bars, so as to wake the keeper up.
First time, he'll throw gloves at you. Repeat the operation and he'll throw you a (dirty) bone ! Click both bone and gloves to get'em.
Click under the sink, and click the wire, with your gloves selected in your inventory.
Go back, and look above the bed, and notice the nail here. zoom on it, and select the wire. Now click on the nail, to obtain a "stretched wire" (don't know how to call it ... ).
Go back, select your stretched wire, and click on the left wall, behin the cell door, to get the dog collar hanging here.
Select it, and click on the dog. He comes at you. So now, select the "stretched wire" to get the dog plate, right to him.
Select it in your inventory, then select bone, to combine them.
Take the "bone-in-the-bowl" and give it to the dog. He gives you a key in return. Take the key and click this looovely dog again to see a code hint on this collar. Write it down. and open the cell door with the key.
At least, click the red thingy keypad next to exit door. Then enter the code you've just noticed on the dog collar.
Click enter and... you're out ;-)
