Will try my luck here.
ReplyDeleteHave a magnifier and a stick by opening 2 out of 3 drawers in the "other room"
ReplyDeleteStill need a code for top drawer and key for the safe.
Used the stick in first room to get a new clue for playing the piano and got the 3-dig code for top drawer and what it looks like a handle. Still no key for safe.
ReplyDeleteLOL, what I thought "magnifier" and "handle" were, went combined to make THE key!
ReplyDeleteHi Edgar...glad I'm not alone!
ReplyDeleteWhat did you do to get the code for the top drawer? I'm lost on the clue from the ceiling.
ReplyDelete@Heather, play the piano again. Start in key C and go to the right and then 3 times back to the left. Repeat starting on E.
ReplyDeleteThe clue on the paper that youve got from the ceiling shows that.
Aha! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThe top part of the clue says [C → → → ← ← ←]
ReplyDeleteTherefore you play the piano like this: CDEFEDC
Do the same with the [E → → → ← ← ←] part of the clue.
hello...... i went to a new room now. the drawers are locked and im stuck
ReplyDeleteok. got a stick from the third drawer
ReplyDelete@strika, you should have to cross a tunnel to get to the other room. The digits for bottom drawer are to be found inside the tunnel. The digits for the middle drawer is seen in the tunnel map.
ReplyDeletestuck on the keyboard clue.... tried playing piano with x = c didn't work
ReplyDeletepop......figured it out
ReplyDelete@Kim, you're doing it correctly. Make sure to count well to the right to make m=A. That was my mistake the first tries.
ReplyDelete.....and out!
ReplyDeletewill check in to see if anyone needs help
can just use keyboard while zoomed in on piano too
ReplyDeletewhere is everybody?
ReplyDeletepiano lessons im taking came in handy :)
ReplyDeleteThat was very nice!
ReplyDeleteAnd they took trouble to make sure there'd be no language barrier.
A whole series of little rooms like that could be strung together to make a longer game, too.
I also like the idea that they'll have got grown men escapers to learn play nursery rhymes =)
I actually played a tune! lol
ReplyDeleteNice game, btw if you click the city at the end, you can play some more (on the piano that is)
Loading....
ReplyDeleteif anyone is here, I would dearly like to know how to get to the other room! I can't get any view other than the piano and the ceiling.
ReplyDeletehi rachel - glad to have you around! you have to play the notes from paper (GEEFDD CDEFGGG)
ReplyDeleteHi, Rachel! Back by chance, but already closed the game. What have you done till now? Is the black hole in the wall already visible?
ReplyDelete@Rachel, you have to play the piano first, if you do that right, the wall opens up
ReplyDeleteThanx guys! I guess I must have played the keys incorrectly :( Let me try again......
ReplyDeleteyip, must have done it wrong the first time LOL!
ReplyDeletewent to second room and opened lowest drawer to get stick, went back to first room, got paper from ceiling - and .... stuck!
ReplyDeleteHello also Nini & Truus, like this game as I love playing piano. The first melody is an traditional german folk song, a children's song about little Jack (Hänschen klein) :-).
ReplyDelete@premiere: didn't play with sounds on - so i didn't recognized that Hänschen klein, ging allein in die weite welt hinein ...
ReplyDelete@Nini, take a close look at the maze, you should be able to open the second drawer as well
ReplyDeletestill don't know what to do with second hint:
ReplyDeleteC -> -> -> <- <- <-
E >- >- >- <- <- <-
hmmmmm
Nini,
ReplyDeleteplay on the piano from C three notes to the right and then to the left (CDEFEDC) and then the same from E. Then you got another code for drawer. The melody is also a beginning from a song...
See also hint from Edgar at 2/19/11 10:08 PM
ok, now I'm stuck with a handle! Gosh I feel stupid today LOL!
ReplyDeleteduh - thank you Truus!
ReplyDeleteoh wait, is that half a key?!
ReplyDeleteuuuups - thank you premiere! :o)
ReplyDeleteare you out Nini?
ReplyDeletenot yet Rachel - played 'Morgen kommt der Weihnachtsmann' - a german christmas song at the piano, but nothing happened
ReplyDeleteyou're welcome @Nini :))
ReplyDeleteHi @premiere, I think the last tune was from a children's song which I know as "Kortjakje".
oh, okay, missed a note.
ReplyDeleteout now!
thank you all for your help!!!
Yes Nini,
ReplyDeletethe last melody is «Morgen kommt der Weihnachtsmann»: Tomorrow Santa will come - lol! A bit tricky the transfer from the keyboard (CCGGAAGFFEEDDC).
@Rachel: are you out?
ReplyDeleteTruus,
ReplyDeletesounds duth - ah, I see, you're from Netherlands. Do you have snow?
ahem, dutch, not duth... the creativity of false typing ;-)
ReplyDeletenope, I think I've missed a step somewhere, 'coz I haven't opened the middle drawer.
ReplyDeleteRachel,
ReplyDeletedid you see the code formed by the maze?
i missed that as well - Truus gave the hint: look close at the maze - you can see a three digit code ...
ReplyDelete@premiere, no snow here, but very cold and the air is very dry too. I keep getting electrical shocks, even from my laptop... nasty ones too.
ReplyDeleteDo you have snow there?
Funny how we all know the same tunes, but use different words with them.
I got the 3 digit code from the maze red 2, blue 5 and green 7. But I used that on the 3rd drawer.
ReplyDeleteor rather red 7 and green 2
ReplyDeleteRachel, look at the 'overall view' of the maze
ReplyDeleteHeeHee! LMAO! Thanx Nini!! Damn I'm dumb today! Sheesh!
ReplyDeleteLol @Truus, first I read that you keep electrical SOCKS because of the cold...
ReplyDeleteYou are nearer to the atlantic than me in good old Switzerland... no snow and almost spring, nature already woke up (snowdrops, crocusses and buds on trees). But snow will come again, I'm sure.
Twinkle Twinkle Little Star!!!! CUTE!!!
ReplyDelete;o) Rachel
ReplyDeleteAnd out, and what a stunning picture!!
ReplyDeleteThanx for everyone's help!!
PS: Send some snow here! We're baking in South Africa :(
LMAO @premiere!!
ReplyDeleteTo be honest, I'm really looking forward to Spring, don't really want snow anymore ~~~even though I do love a beautiful Winter Wonderland.
But we hardly get big amounts of snow here.
It was fun playing/chatting with you all!
ReplyDeleteHope to see all again later :))
Agree & byebye, Truus (and the others), lunch time now...
ReplyDeleteSweet little game :-)
ReplyDeleteI cant get the second clue right. RIGHT CDE
ReplyDeleteBACK EDC
THEN RIGHT EDC
BACK CDE
if anybody comes back please help
ReplyDelete@sherry, I'm not sure which clue you mean. The one with arrows? Play:
ReplyDeleteCDEFEDC then EFGAGFE
(more clues written above if you want to see why... sorry, short of time here)
@ellie that was it. Thank you so much, I had to restart it. thanks
ReplyDeleteHelp! How do I start the game? ;(
ReplyDeleteNevermind... I just saw it at the bottom. :)
ReplyDeleteI am totally lost. Played the piano to open portal and went to next room. I also opened red book in first room. Don't know what to do now?
ReplyDeleteout with no help, 5 stars, I wonder where that pic is?
ReplyDeleteWalkthrough:
ReplyDeletePick the paper off the ground and the book from the shelf then open them both.
Go to the piano and play it with the note's order on the paper.
Then a portal will open.Go through till you find the exit of another room (noticing that on your way you'll see some numbers).
Once you're into the 2nd room, use the numbers you've seen into tunnel for the 3rd drawer's code (527)
Get the stick then go back into tunnel and notice the map has the shape of some numbers.Go back to 2nd room and enter the numbers into 2nd drawer's code (835) and get the first part of the key.
Go back to first room and use the stick on the ceiling to get a new paper.
Use the new paper to play the piano (order is CDEFEDC EFGAGFE)then you receive a code that you use for the first drawer in 2nd room(496), which gives you the 2nd part of the key.
Put the 2 halfs of the key together and use it on the safe to get another note.
Use the note and play the piano again, this time using the letters on the note from your keyboard, then you receive a key which is used in the door from 2nd room.
OUT
caught this one from the random section
ReplyDeletewhat a lovely game - just ♥ to play the little & (for me) well known tunes
