Knock Knock Anyone there?

Got a key from the 3-digit code box.
Used the knife to get the hook from the skeleton.

Yep, I'm here.

Used the hook to get the wheel from the wooden thing with 2 holes.

me too. got two keys , kife used, hook used wheel used. two pieces of wheel hammer and metal piece

Used the metal (from under the canon) to get the wheel from the wall.

Hi Bigtank,
Where did you get the second key?

ok 3 wheels used, need some more pieces for the broken wheel just hook left now

Got a hammer from the box under the arrow on the wall.

Used hammer on the hanging cupboard for second key.

Hmmm got 4 wheels (now in place) and still have hook! Dont know how to set wheels!

Can't figure out how to turn wheels to open gate.

at the front right side of one of the scenes. got all the wheel fitted now but not sure how to turn them. piece of wheel at front of cannon

Third key from the bottom left of the screen.

Out, but had to bruteforce the wheels. Never did find a clue.

Bella,
The clue is on the blue books.

Not the best Medieval Escape, IMHO.

how to set the wheel s-t. and did you do the other levels of the latest riddle up to 37 now

Ah, see it now, s-t. Thanks.

Bigtank,
It's on the blue books, not the covers, but the papers. Some are blue.

And no Bigtank,
I stopped with that riddle. Too much picture manipulating stuff and don't wanna go to the riddle forum and having to get e-mails.
Still playing the Zodiac Riddle though.

Brute force!! Out.

I think this games bugged on me...I didn't find 1 wheel...it just appeared when I clicked on the space! Not the best of this series, I agree.

Bad news Riddlers...there is another game on the way. Brush up on your Finnish language skills :(

the book clue is bad...it doesnt even show u the correct order, u just have to assume that u go from left to right, with the top row first

Bad news indeed Jon.
Still struggling on the last levels of the Zodiac one and the new levels of Last Enigma are coming soon.
No time anymore to play escape games.

In and Out

@jon
You mean Finnish language is needed? Cannot wait :)

btw. this game was really easy.

@Peke the game is by Aleatha, who is finnish and a few of the answers are in Finnish apparently, she recommends: even if the answers look like gibberish, try them anyway (that will be most of them then!!)

:D

Try this in the meantime :)

@jon
Well, yes, Finnish can look like gibberish.
Maybe it would be unfair for me to play it live 'cause I'm a finn too. :D

@Peke...gee, please play live....I will need the help :D

the EG24 chat box is the place for this type of conversation :)

@jon
I'll see if I have the time and happen to catch it live.
Gotta go now tho.

Is anyone still there...I can't get the stupid book clue and I think I've tried every variation but obviously not

Nvm Out...not the best medieval so far.

For the arrow thing put all arrows facing right. Had to brute force it.

Where is the clue on how to turn the things on the wall underneath the arrow? Thanks!

@cyndee43
The arrow IS the clue :)

       Anonymous  4/28/11, 10:29 AM

hey cyndee just turn all arrows right. I think the big arrow over it is the clue. Still trying to figure out how to turn door wheels. Above book hints are explaining it. stuck. ready to move on.

       Anonymous  4/28/11, 10:35 AM

giving up on door clue. There is a difference between sublime and boring. This is booorrrring.

@alice
notice the four blue books on four shelves. One of the books is slightly different in every group. That is how to turn the wheels.

it has been a brilliant day for escape games today!!!!

Just about to give up and hit it by accident. POP. I didn't really like this game and I usually like these alot.

So the wheels would be:
↘↙↖↗

I got out without using any of the keys or other hints... I found 2 parts of wheels but suddenly had four in my inventory, and got out with the hint from books.

Is that a bug?

Yes Valerie. I had the same bug that allowed me out without playing half the game :( Shame. Hopefully the next medieval will be better.

"The knife". *sigh*
There you go again, people - WHAT KNIFE?!!!!!!!

Thanks, Claudia, I love these, but I'm totally stuck =(

@Rookwings I seem to be a day late and dollar short with my walkthrough. sorry

At last!
Thank you, kitkatfox! It's always you to the rescue these days =)
I only needed the knife, and no one said where they found it!. So easy, too! I saw nothing to mouse over there, so didn't look for cursor-change.
I should know better after Selfdefiant's fine training, eh ;)

OMG, this is BUG HELL.

The wheel you get from that wooden thing is ONE wheel, obviously. But with the wheel SHARD you find behind the big gun, you can put up ALL FOUR wheels in the first screen! With a piece that broke off from a wheel you get 4 intact working ones? That can't be serious.

What do you need the wheel attached to the wooden tool then?

Yet more major bugs found...

Did not want to use walkthrough, used the key on the chest (with the 3 T-shaped holes) on the floor.

Now both key and 2 wheel pieces are gone.

I am forced to restart. AAAARGH!

Bug report #3.

DO NOT attempt to collect the wheels before attaching them; attach them immediately one by one after you collect them.

Reason: if you, for instance, have collected 2 of the wheel pieces, and THEN pry the intact wheel off the wall, the 2 wheel pieces will be gone from your inventory and you won't be able to solve the game.

This is not beta, this is pre-alpha. My, my, my...

Bug #4

Assuming that you do not use the walkthrough, find the metal first and try to pry the wheel off the wall in the beginning - even this DOES NOT WORK!!
Things must be done in a definite order, otherwise you won't be able to escape!
