Used one of my keys to look at a red book with a number on it.
in calculator do
40 + 40 =
then next number + and = until you get to 250
PW computer tried 021 and 21 and all combinations

in 2nd room have tried counting the number of letters for each product on list as well as first letters of each product for door code, but sadly none worked. running out of ideas.

That's some pretty hefty priced items!
WALKTHROUGH (for future players):
Pick up Tomatoes, potatoes and "Brinjal" (eggplant) from shelves.
Next Pick up "bucket" (carry basket) from floor in front of table with weight machine. Zoom into weight machine view and click weight machine for even closer view. Place Bucket/Carry basket on weight machine for code (SPOILER0350SPOILER).
zoom out one view to the drawers. Place weight machine code in left drawer and receive calculator. Stay in that view and place your tomatoes, potatoes and brinjal on counter to the left of weight machine. Count number of each item for code of the right drawer (SPOILER456SPOILER). Take bill.
Zoom out to first view and click the right arrow that comes up bringing you to second store view. Click back wall view with a sack on the floor to zoom into sack view. Pick up piece of paper (list) from the sack and zoom out.
Click piece of paper and read list. On shelves in this view pick up every item on the list but the sugar and egg. Cannot pick up egg at all but there is something in eggs (SPOILERkeySPOILER). Also take not of the letters on front of the toothbrush, you will need them later (SPOILERtfmSPOILER).
Go back to first view and get the sugar.
Now click on calculator to bring it up in view. Then drag bill next to calculator. Enter the bill amounts by adding the first two numbers then equals, followed by adding one more amount and equals for each additional item. i.e. 40+40= and then when you get readout of 80 press +60= and so on. Once you get bill total to display on calculator you have door code (SPOILER250SPOILER)
Click on door and enter code. Click doorway to enter office.
You may have noticed something in the toothbrush packaging as well. Click toothbrush to pull it into view (remember the three letters on front because you will not be able to look at it again after opening it) and click again to turn it around. One more click will open package and you can retrieve the key.
Click phone to bring into view and then click handle to move it revealing a wad of paper. Pick up paper and click it. open it up to reveal part of a code (SPOILER021SPOILER). Zoom out to main view then click on back wall drawers. Use a key to open the left drawer and see a red book with the second part of a code (SPOILER21SPOILER). This code is needed for computer password. The right side drawer needs a three letter code. Remember the three letters you were supposed to take note of from the toothbrush packaging, use that for drawer code. Pick up scanner gun.
zoom out and then zoom into view of computer. Enter the two codes from the paper and the red book (SPOILER21021SPOILER). Then click down to the CPU. Drag scanner gun to CPU and it will attach. Click up arrow back to monitor view. Place items from list onto counter next to Monitor. Scanner will automatically scan them in. WOW pricey items huh? Now you have the code for the next door! (SPOILER280SPOILER).
Put code into door and use second key to Escape!!!
