Getting the cube out of the hole in the wall.. this is looking more like a video game.

Put the blocks in order from the clue on chest for a key, which gives a purple block. need a new code

well I had that safe all the time there - but how did you get it open?
SwissMiss - I don't know why it suddenly worked for me... I flipped thru them many times and suddenly the bookcase moved

the firsts two numbers make sense somehow
23*2 - 1 = 45
33*2 - 2 = 64

ahh ok once you have the ? then you notice if you get the answer wrong on the safe it goes back to "86" so just mulitply your answer with 86 and you get the correct number
roberto - in the chest. Open it with the key you get from placing the blocks in the order written on the chest

ok I'll give up...the color order on the wall(the one with the multi - clored squares)is not working,I tried everything...and can't do anyting else,so...
WALKTHROUGH
Take the RED CUBE.
Zoom on the chest to the right and read “YRBG”.
Turn left.
Take the GREEN CUBE from behind the middle of the three big cubes to the right (behind lower left side of it).
Have a look at the ZIOZE blocks.
Turn left.
A place for the cubes in the back wall, but you need 2 more.
Turn left.
Click the small black square hole in the wall.
Click to make the hand take the YELLOW CUBE and drag it to the left side of the screen to bring it out of the hole.
Zoom on the picture.
Click the 4 small squares in the middle of the 4 big squares to change the colors.
When correct, you won’t see a text or hear a sound… you will know only if you zoom out and turn right twice to see the bookshelf with the zioze-blocks moved a bit to the left.

Click the safe on the wall that you see where the zioze-block shelf used to be.
Enter the 5-digit code and get a BLUE CUBE.

Zoom on the back wall and place the colors on the correct spots to get a KEY.

Go right twice.
Use the key in the chest to open.
Inside the chest you need to drag books and notes aside to find a PURPLE CUBE and a CLUE NOTE under all items.
(Drag the books at far middle left side away for the note, and the papers and books right of them to find the cube)
Go right twice.
Zoom on the back wall again, where you placed the colored cubes.
Put the purple cube in the middle.
Zoom out and zoom to have a look at the new code box which appeared to the left in the wall.
Solve the code using the clue note from the chest.
For A… you have seen a very clear hint somewhere in the room.
Solution below.
It should say “correct” when you press “Enter” after writing your answer.
Zoom out and see the door.
Click to escape.

SOLUTIONS
Color picture
Use the colors within each square which you don’t see in any other place in that square.
From left to right:
Order: orange, pink, cyan, pink
Click here to see an image of the correct colors.
The blue one is the hardest to get (many similar colors, but it is the the first very light blue you see after the darkest blue ones.
If you still can’t… try to bruteforce it by trying one blue shade at a time… or:
Start a new game and click the middle squares these amount of times:
2,7,4,6
5-digit code
The ZIOZE-letters are actually numbers… but the last one is upside down.
Z=2, I=1, O=0, E=3
Code: 21023
Blocks in the wall
On the chest you can read: YRBG
That’s your color order: yellow, red, blue, green
So, place the yellow block by number 1, red by 2, blue by 3 and green by 4
Solution:
yellow, green
blue, red
Code box after placing purple cube
To get the answers, put the last two digits together and multiply them by 2. Subtract the first number from that.
Use the numbers on the note like this:
23x2-1=45
33x2-2=64
21x2-3=39
40x2-8=72
So, for the last numbers it’s:
14x2-2=26
Now, you have to multiply 26 with “A”
A is the number that is in the safe the first time you see it = 86
For the code: 26x86=2236

I liked this game a lot... except for the blue colors on the pic that had too many almost the same shade. I'd like to see more games like this one!
