First room was very easy, but now stuck in second room.
Ok second room, not hard too. Screwdriver behind code box.
Another live one...my lucky day.
Oops, then you're out already.
Well, it was fun anyway.
Thanks for posting Megi.
Game is not loading in Safari...will now try Firefox. =(.
Hi @s-t and @Sara. At same place as you
Lol, Hi again Sara Taverly.
And Hi Annaby.
Wait...i was just a little impatient. There it is.
well, that was a quick one!
The game took longer to load and go through cut scenes than it did to solve. Oh well...keep 'em coming!
My feet never touched the floor going through this one,
Next.
Am I the only one who doesn't get the mirror code? seems like 913 to me, tried it mirrored: 319, 316, even 613...nothing!
EGDAWT (Every Game Deserves a Walk Through)
(The game may take awhile to load -- be patient.)
We start off staring at a blank wall.
Going left we see clouds out the window -- we must be high up!
Left again.
Aah! a cute stuffed rabbit -- let's take it.
Well what do you know -- a key was hidden under it.
Let's use the key on that padlock (Zoom on the chest and highlight the key). Will it work?
Yes! Now we have a hammer that was locked in the chest.
Going left again, we find a clue under the white couch (center).
Last left and we're back at the blank wall. There's no doors in the room -- always a bad sign.
The clue must indicate that we're to use the hammer somewhere -- after trying the floor and the window without luck, we decide,
"There should be a door in that blank wall!"
And, since this is a daydream, with a quick tap of the hammer now there is!
Well, that was a quick game!
Click the arrow to exit.
Oh, no! After going a black tunnel, we're in a gray room.
And of course, the door is locked! (But at least there IS a door.)
Hmm. There's still some puzzle-solving, room-escaping work yet to be done.
To the left is a cabinet with the handles wired shut.
Left again, a chest that wants a three digit code.
But, looking to the left of the chest we see something Red.
O frabjous day! Callooh! Callay! We have found an escape-game-must-have-SD (a screwdriver if you're a newbie!)
Going left again we find a panel screwed to the wall.
(What did I tell you?!)
Of course, we use that SD on the panel to find a pink mirror.
Highlighting the mirror and clicking the "abauto item" button, we take a closer look at that mirror.
When we click on the mirror, we get to see the other side.
Somebody has smeared 2 shades of red lipstick or nailpolish on that mirror.
BUT, looking closely, we discern a 3-digit number.
Good! With any luck, this is a clue to the chest and we won't have to find a way to clean that mess off the mirror.
Going right, we enter that number on the chest and cross our fingers, then hit "OK".
Thank goodness!
Now we have a pair of yellow-handled wire cutters!
Let's go right and use those wire cutters on the cabinet.
It's just an empty cupboard!
Looking more closely, though, there's the outline of a rabbit.
Even though we like the comfort of holding that little bunny, place it in the cabinet.
Wow! A key with a little rabbit keychain!
With a little tear, we say good-by to our stuffed bunny and try the key on the door.
It opens!
(You will now hear a LOUD phone ring and see a couple of cutscenes of a little girl holding the rabbit. Is this you as a little girl or your daughter?
Unless you know much more Japanese than me, you'll probably never know.)
3-digit code:
SPOIL713ER
PS
I hope you had as much fun reading this walk through as I had writing it!
The "Frabjous Day" quote is from "Jabberwocky" by Lewis Carroll. This is a famous nonsense poem -- most of the nouns and verbs have no meaning to native English speakers!
I was inspired by the white rabbit from "Alice in Wonderland" (which should be underlined, but "u" is not allowed here).
Sorry, I tried to proof-read this -- "...still ... yet ..." is redundant.
How the crap is that a 7? It looks like a 9.
No wonder I was stuck.
@PuzzledinCA: A fantastic and entertaining WT!! May I say it is a... frabjous WT?!? ;-)
LOVL about 'after trying the floor and the window without luck, we decide,
"There should be a door in that blank wall!"', because that was exactly what I did too!!
And hilarious was to mention the 'abauto item' button, that made me laugh too while playing the game.
And to my big shame I must admit that I needed the wt to find the SD (yes, I'm not a newbie), because in nearly EVERY game I miss at least one view, so in this one I missed that view left of the chest. :-(
@Escapism, thanks for the complement. I didn't mean that you had to be a newbie to FIND the screw-driver, but that a newbie wouldn't know what "SD" meant. I'm often missing views myself that everyone else seems to find easily. It's why I like to write a walk through even on easy games if no one else has.
