I beat it. I'm doing this from memory (no way in hell I'm playing again), so I apologize if I miss anything. Here's what I think are the most important steps:
- Click on his shoulder bag. He'll empty stuff on the ground.
- Click on each item on the ground. He'll put a bunch of stuff on the mannequin.
- Use the phone
- Push the button for the second time. A missle blows a hole in the ceiling.
- Take the Ceiling Man's shoes.
- Click on the mannequin to play with the glasses, hair, and scarf
- Open the window when it's glowing. An alien will shoot a laser which will blow a hole in the chair, revealing a spring.
- After your "shoe puppet" is wearing the glasses and scarf, go back to the phone. At some point a balloon should appear from the phone. You grab it and float upward.
- When floating, click the cuckoo clock. It will pop the balloon, he'll fall, land on the spring, and bounce toward the scissors, which he will cut down with... scissors?!
- Click on the present
- Enjoy the totally creepy ending
ROFL...OMG!!! I loved this game...hysterical...lolol!!! I just about spit out my Mango Iced Tea when he pulled the scissors out to cut the scissors down...I enjoyed the bizarre humour and those of you who know me a little will certainly understand why ;P...Zoz...where are you..this one you have to play ;)
Same problem as Rookwing, I guess....my cursor kept turning into a clock...and everything was time delayed...so I just saw the wig scene and gave up!...but what I saw was very funny!

If you don't do anything for awhile, little thought balloons will prompt you for what to do next.
