Cant get the O and X puzzle despite all the clues....
Me neither... looking again.
Stuck with map, book and wheel (used screwdriver)
thought I had the O and X puzzle, but I guess not.
Tried all sorts of "reversi" cos it is a mirror game and tried using that keypad clue on the left wall just before room 1
I tried in mirror view as well... but no go... also no luck with the pigpen in the hallway... can't get a good word out of it.
finally got the X and O code!!
Giving up and hoping somebody will explanin what to do next.

If you look at the room two on the door, you would be able to read it correctly if you were standing behind it so you have to reverse all the symbols on the wall and then use then go from right to left.

When you get the code right. writing shows up in the bottom left of the screen with an ! Then you have to click on the door.

the corners of the picture in room one can be clicked, but I can't get the order right from the clue on the wall.

i thought u found some as a clue in the game
I just discovered that there are two different clues hidden behind doors.
i posted the numbers fot them before but it was no help to me
top + top signs = 845
bottom + bottom signs = 326
845-326=519 for room 3 pw
Ok got thru that 3 digit code and used the morse to gat something else Also got key from wheel puzzle..
Dont ask what the 3 digits were cos I bruteforced but it gave me no indicator (unless I misssed it....)

Oh ok. I got the N, but didn't realize there wasn't steps there before I entered the code.
Think we need something in room 2.. I am thinking get water, wet the N and then freeze it in room 3...
Only noticed cos I accidentally had to restart the game... Think you need 100yen to get the water so 100yen probably comes from that code in room 2...

No, absolutely not related to that. Clicking on that dude didn't have no effect at all. But I did read carefully, you said "I think" so it could be completely different ;-)

Just played again. typed in 0840 backwards and it worked right away this time. I don't know waht is going on there.

Apparently there's a bug lurking in that if you try yourself too often WITHOUT clicking the dude first, the "wake-up mechanism" does no longer come into effect!
Oh well...not only the ugly language barrier, there are (possible) bugs too...and fixed orders of doing things you must obey...

You get the P by doing the wheel code. THe key to room 3 isin the box you spell open on.

Gee, this word on the left wall encoded in pigpen is driving me crazy.
This is supposed to be an English word, yeah?
I already read the "instructions" above that you should see the characters mirrored, but I can as well do that by making a screenshot and then mirroring the picture.
However none of the 3 pigpen "methods" utilizable in the purplehell website let me form a word that makes any sense.
I'm really sick and tired of it, so please spoil it for me; I'm likely to get the logic then by "reverse engineering" the process...

If you're talking about the symbols on the left wall after you go left from the start screen.
It's not really pigpen with gettting letters from it, but it's the same method.
You just have to look in the book to see the tic tac toe and where the x's and the o's are and on the wall you see the shapes of that tic tac toe. So it's the hint to open door 2. But remember mirror it (the shapes on the wall too).
If you're talking about the same kind of shapes behind the two doors in the hallway behind the door you had to find a knob for. That's not pigpen at all. That's just putting the top shapes together and putting the bottom shapes together to make numbers.
Anyway, the only two word codes are the one in room 3 and that's morsecode from the other book you find there (and again mirrored; mirror the morse before you convert.
And the other word code is the one in room 4 and that word is just on the picture in room 1.

In the hallways before you get to room 3 there are two doors with shapes behind them. Here's how to combine them to get the 3-digit code to enter room 3.

I do not know why the AUTUMN is not working...have the paper...tried it BOTH forward and backwards ...over and over... I hate to be beaten by a game, especially when there are very good clues and spoilers...some people mentioned a bug..but I thought that was with the guy in the bed ....Hmmmm....

It should work like this;

Don't know if it's important, but I did the letters from right to left, so first the A on the right then the U next to it etc.
Anyway, hope it's not a bug, but it isn't a big game, so you can start over.
Btw. are you sure it didn't work. There's not a safe that opens or something like that. Only some stair steps pop up so you can zoom in on the shelf to get the mold for the letter N.
Anyway, if you still have the paper then it didn't work. The paper goes away after you did the right code.
What do I do with the bottle I got from the machine?
Empty it in the mold of the N. Then put the mold in the fridge and take it back later and then you have the N.
Yep...thanks @small-tool...I have put it in that way at least 5 times or more....pushed the button... no stairs...maybe I'll come back later and start over, but am just tired of it now!!!!

OKAY!!! I tried it one more time!!!! This time it worked...the only thing I did differently is ...I moved the A, all the way around the alphabet to Z and then to A...before , I didn't touch it....

Can't do anything with it in About Item view.
The wheel goes on the wall in room 3. The scene to the left of the bookcase.
And then use the hint from the book (mirrored of course, so l=r and r=l).
