So far: stone (for lion I think), cinnbar and bottle (used together), scissors (used)
oh - and wood
Pestle and mortar, copper bowl and fire starter
in house with two fire places

Found a flower and made juice of it in a pot.
Found another kind of pot (don't know how to call it), another kind of wood and bowl.
Anja, you need an axe to cut the wood.
I'm running around this place ;)
I've put the statue in the guitar like thing and now figuring out what to do with my melted stuff.
Oh yes and I also used mortar tu crush the big rose.
Left of that house you get a flower, which is used
with the pestle and mortar
I put the flower juice in the cinnabar
The lion gives me a figurine that I put on the thing in left house.
To the right of the house is an axe

Used axe on wood, put it in the fire pot outside, put in the grey thing and the metal bowl. Now I'm waiting
Use metal cat in the stamper to make a mould then pour
molten metal into it to make the second cat
does that make any sense lol

Now got to dragons and put it in this guitar thing to get a lever(?)

aha, you first need the statue to go in the inkpad before putting it in the stringmachine. Got a key now.

My inkpad is ready, the metal is melted, now what ? I have only one animal (weasel/dragon or ???) for the guqin (music instrument), I have used everything else in my inventory. Now I'm stuck.

The jar with the cork in it goes into the small round box, if I remember it correct.

Hi, @escapism...I have already put the flower juice into the blue thing(stamp pad?) And the pestle is no longer usable...I have a jar with a cork...the melted metal...the stamp pad with flower juice in it... the beast statue ...and 2 empty places in inventory!
@nokra: sorry, didn't read your post from 6:24 correctly: you already seem to hve the inkpad loaded with the juice. Just

Cute game, but a little dark and very easy to get lost!!!LOL
You're welcome, Nokra. Yes, very nice game, but the orientation was a bit stiff this time, and very dark. I like the indoor flash512s more (just replayed a few old ones yesterday, and they are really one of my favourites!!)
I found out that you can put the ingredients in different order even!
You have the choice of first putting in the reddish cinnabar powder and THEN add the flower juice, or start with the flower juice first!
There seems to be a little bug because sometimes (?) you can put ONE of the animals WITHOUT cutting the strings; you will need to cut them for the second beast, though.
And I was unable to put in that second creature afterwards and had to restart.
You can bet that first I did in my next attempt was to cut the strings :)
I'm still at the same place : a ready inkpad, an animal (weasel/cat/dragon...?) and melted metal.

put animal in inkpad to make a mould & pour melted metal in for another animal you can place at the right side of instrument.
@pascal: did you already put the weaselcatdragon in the inkpad?
Where is inkpad please. Have cat thing, blue thing with flower juice, molten bronze, but can not find the inkpad i need before I can put the cat thing in blue flower juice container. thanks.

@adivawoman: the inkpad is the second thing from the top on the left in your inventory (I think you have called it the 'blue thing with flower juice'?). You have to put flower juice and the stuff in the corked little bottle in it. Then you can use it.
@adivawoman: I think the jar with cork (or a small bottle) was in the left column kind of thingy in front of the large exit with red doors. I hope that I remember it correct...
Yep, left column, and it is called a 'bottle of cinnibar' or something like that...

There were no cats in my game at all. Just dragons that looked exactly like ferrets ;P
Plus we've always called our ferrets "short-leggedy-BEASTIES". Someone at Flash 512 knew. =)

CASTING-THROUGH
- to start the game, click on one of the three underlined chinese words in one line (scroll a bit down)...

ENTRANCE
- note: right lion WITHOUT BALL under paw...
- enter middle door
YARD
- zoom on left pedestal in front of house for bottle of CINNABAR
- zoom on house to see: it's locked...
- zoom back & click LEFT of house
- STONEBALL between tree & round entrance on ground
- click stairs/door & enter (click door again)
INSIDE
- INKPAD box from cb under white vase (right side)
- go 4x down & 2x left
DOOR
- take FIREWOOD bottom left
- enter (click door)
INSTRUMENT
- take SCISSORS right in chest
- zoom on table & cut strings with scissors
- note 2 animal SLOTS...
- go 4x down & right
HOUSE
- enter (click house)
- wooden FIRELIGHTER (fire papper? :-o) from right fireplace

ENTRANCE
- put stoneball under lion's paw for copper BEAST from lion's mouth
- enter again (click middle door)
YARD
- click RIGHT of house
- PEONY (bottom left) from bush to the right
- click STOVE between trees
- open firewood in inventory & chop it with axe (drag!)
- put (drag!) chopped firewood in stove
- light firewood with firelighter
- put crucible in fire & bowl in crucible
- go back & come back
- take crucible with molten bowl back
- open mortar in inventory, put peony in & pound it to JUICE (click mortar again)
- open (parched) inkpad in inventory & put cinnabar & peony juice
(you can also put ingredients the other way round)
- put beast in inkpad & take it back: Now you have a MOULD
- pour molten bowl from crucible in mould
- take another BEAST
- go 2x back & 2x left
DOOR
- enter (click door)
INSTRUMENT
- put both beasts in slots (new one right) to open HIDDEN COMPARTMENT to the left
- take KEY
- go 4x down (YARD) & click door
(you can also go: 3x down & 2x right...!)
YARD
- open lock with key
- enter house (click entrance)
Congratulations - you're success!

Found a bug. Dragged the stick (?key) from the musical instrument onto the inventory spot of the first cat. Now it's stuck can't be selected! :(
