I am in the bar, have 4 playing cards, hammer, key, SD and pliers and stuck at the door code.

I can't move the red and green levers anymore, but nothing happened. Where's the anchor?

Anchor is outside after opening the door in control room.
oh - I guess I'm out... tie the rope to the anchor, then put it in the water

I've tried umpteen times now to place that darn rope in front of the anchor, no joy. But seeing that particular AC right in the beginning should have warned me to expect a buggy game. I'm out of this.

I did put the rope to the bottom left of the anchor and there it worked.
But maybe you have to do the red and green rectangles first before it works.
Rudi, did you go right at the anchor door scene and do the green red levers?

@alice: I opened the door in the background first, then went out and tried to place the rope. I had seen that arrow to the right before, but when I came back to the control room it was gone. Don't care to restart. Have a nice one ;-)

stupid game, done absolutely everything right and I can't get the rope to attach to the anchor, grrrr
sigh -- buggy game. I beat it the first time, and then it didn't work the second. I did do the red/green switches first, but no joy. Darn rope just wouldn't stay. And the arrow to the red/green puzzle is gone, so I can't check it set correctly.

Zoom on the trashcan by the couch and get the ELECTRICAL TAPE
Look at the picture over the bed for a hint for later
Zoom on the coat rack in the bottom right corner
Now get the SCREWDRIVER from the top left of the center rod
Turn around
Get the KEY from the couch
Get the CLIPPERS from the little round table
Use the key on the door (don’t zoom in)
Go into the hall
Click on the gray elevator doors to zoom in
Now click the keypad next to the elevator to open it
Enter the elevator
Zoom on the panel
Use the screwdriver to open it
Use the clippers to cut all the wires
Look up and see the fan
Remove the cover with the screwdriver and cut all the wires here, too
Look down once, and you will see the elevator doors and a bunch of hanging wires
In this view, use the electrical tape (you don’t zoom in on anything)
The elevator works now – enter the bar on the new floor
Zoom on the table in front of the bar and click the bottle
Take the BROKEN WINE BOTTLE
Back up and zoom on the ice box on the bar
Click the lid (it isn’t locked) and take the HAMMER from inside
Back up so you see the bar again
Click the seat cushion of the couch to zoom in
Use the broken bottle to cut the cushion and find a KEY
Turn around
Take the 4 cards from the tables here – you get an Ace, 2 nines, and a 6
If you click each in your inventory, they will tell you the cards are A, 9, 9, 6
Zoom on the white area over the door
Enter the code using those card “values” and trial and error

Enter the ship’s bridge
Zoom on the glass on the back wall left of the door
Use the hammer to smash it and take the ROPE
Turn right and you face a panel with red and green levers
Enter the pattern from the picture over the bed in the first scene– this stops the ship
Zoom on the door to the right of the broken glass where you found the rope
Use the key
Go onto the deck
Place the rope on the deck below the anchor
CAUTION!!! If you don’t set the puzzle just right, the game won’t let you place the rope. Sometimes, this locks up the game and you have to restart!!!
I kept trying to put the rope near the top...but when I read the comment by @small-tool....it worked!!!! Bottom left of anchor is the spot! lol
You guys are right. You HAVE to do the red/green slider switch before going out the door to the anchor, or the rope will never work. I had to start over to prove this as well. Damn bugs!! :(
