Ok, so the diff. on the horiz line is 16 rite
The diff on the vertical is 21
Using that logic, in both cases the missing # is 34 and therefore the combo should be 34^2, am I insane here?
Tried also 16*21....... Sheesh
Also tried summing rows and cols, but # gets too big :/

Solution to the 4 digit, multiple the next number to 76 (+21) and 66 (+16)....

the yellow squares are next number in sequence. use 16 and 21 to add and then multiply

Good game. I spent forever trying to get the math right. Thanks Guruone for telling me that the reason I couldn't get it right was because I needed to get the green key first.
ok, going in
a lot of lockers to open...
solved the grill locker, got a red key, now have an arrow clue...
now i have a clue for the multiplication lock
and a "+" sign
but no idea how to calculate that, because i always get a 5 digit number...
ok using the previous comments i got the escape door, now for the letter combination :)
