Also had problems feeding the fish.
Noone cared to say how, so...

Open cupboard under the fishbowl and drag the yellow bag (with a fish drawing on it) upon the fish.

VIEW-1
- TAURUS from bull's head
- SAGITTARIUS from golden bow & arrow on shelf
- LEO from lion behind painting

VIEW-2
- LIBRA from scale, put weight from top drawer
- AQUARIUS from filling jar under sink with water
- CANCER behind curtain

VIEW-3
- PISCES: give kitty ball of wool, open CB, take fish food & feed fish
- GEMINI: put yellow book from bottom to top shelf next to the other yellow one
- CAPRICORN from horn on wall

VIEW-4
- ARIES from ram coat on floor, BR corner
