Got, lettuce with 7, hint 3x flower, box center is, lighter (uses on paper) card and note with 144 and stuck.
I also tried with "=" between, but no...

The "green book" is actually food. Feed it to that orange ghost-looking character and he gives you the flower clue.
No, that green thing is not lettuce.
This game opened right away in Firefox!!!
LOL! First thing I did was convert IS to 15, but I had the "flower" on the right (because of where the arrow was pointed right)!
QUICK THROUGH
Pick up blank paper from floor
Look at chair back
Take green card
Look at gray book
Push orange button
Pick up green lighter
Pick up blue "C" box
Move yellow blob by highlighting green card (chewing gum?)
Pick up green flower (cabbage)
"About" lighter and light flame
"About" paper and use lighter
"About" box and enter code for key
Use key to exit
(Wait for "C's room game)

Box: "IS" => Center
Green flower: 7
