The hint for the colours is the candles.
But it's not really clear colours, so here is a pic;

What seemed the hardest for me:
For drawer with colored numbers, count dots on the 3 pictures.
For drawer with shapes, use numbers on guitar.
used them on bed, cant use on clock

For the 5x5 grid.
You have to fill in nmbers that add up to the numbers next or above it.
You can not use the same number in a row or in a column.

I think all the tools came from the drawers with puzzles. So you probably have one drawer left to do.

If anyone is still here I am missing the triangle shape in the middle of the picture. Can't seem to find it anywhere. Been around the room 20 times and just can't find any new hotspots.
go right once click on plant with red top collect puzzle piece near it
while facing the main door click on plant box and collect the puzzle piece

Pop! Had to use key second time behind wall picture... Didn't think to try the door key there...
Doh! It wasn't a door key. For some reason I thought I used that key on the door to get to the picture shapes. Yeah.... :(
