Open the cupboard with hint from the rat running on the pipe above.
i don't get it
There are 4 sections of pipe. Count how many times the rat looks at you in each section
It's not very intuitive. Open cupboard for glass, hammer and apple. Feed apple to the rat that wants the apple, fill up the glass with water and give that to another rat. Bash the pipe with the hammer (hotspot on left side of screen where pipe is leaking) for cheese. Break glass with hammer and use on bottom right of picture for amulet. Now I need peach cobbler (or whatever it is that other rat wants) and have a hammer, no key, a number clue from the cupboard and three numbers from the rats.

had amulet but not sure where it went?
Number clue in cupboard is for the pipe. Bash it for a key.
Pop! Use key for peach cobbler and use the rat numbers for the door code.
@Emily, how is it a clue for pipe? Does it tell you which segment to bash?
@laura - I bashed the whole thing, and then went back to the opening and bashed that and a key popped out. Not sure which bash was the correct one!
Bash the opening 10 times!
hmm, the bashing isn't working for me... maybe something else to do first? or I've bashed too much and it's mad at me :-/
Sorry for late reply. Bash the pipe ten times in a row as per the clue in the cupboard.

SPOILER ALERT:
mouse stops in between pipe sections on second screen. Stops 1 time; next section of same pipe same scene, stops 4 times; next 5 times; and lastly, 2 times. Thus, the code for the supply closet 1452
