Can get no further than a cup of coffee and a bit of blank paper..
Quick through
-Put Coffee (from cb) in machine
-Put Cup (from table) in machine
-Use mhtyhr's first hint to open right cb door
-In inventory, combine paper with coffee for 3# clue
-Use mhthyr's second hint to enter numbers in orange chest
-Free dog from cage to fetch door key
-What a good doggie!! Let's go for a walk!

sorry, I still dont understand mhtyre hint. how do I put it in , how do I make the squares. Need the answer for 1 and 2 help
@sherry12, try copy and paste the characters mhtyhr wrote right below Answer in hint 1 ... paste those into cupboard door on the right...
when you get 3 digit code from combining paper and coffee, translate it into characters using hint 2 (should be 6 characters?) to enter into squares...

laura, just got in. Thanks got the paper from cb, and got the 3 digit #. cant fiqure that one out

So take the 2 symbols for 1st digit from hint 2 (はち)
then symbols for 2nd digit, then 3rd...
put those 6 symbols in 6 squares of orange chest...
thanks again . I just cant get it How do I put squares on the chest. dont know what charactor to use. I dont understand why I cant get it I thank you for having patience.

Here is code for chest (the first symbol looks like two symbols but is actually one... you'll see it if you click through the options for the button)
The one that looks like a 5 is the 2nd symbol, etc.

hi laura, thanks so much I started over again, but your not going to believe it, but I cant do it. It bothers me when I cant finish the game. I need a picture, thats the only way. Im so sorry to bother you. But Im about to give up Its very nice of you to go out of your way to help me. Thanks so much. But I know Ill need a picture. Im worse then a dumb blonde.
