Ok 99% sure I have the 2 correct words on 20, but won't go in URL, tried as one word, also tried a / in between and then instead of htm I tried JPG. Something else?

I thought I tried that ST, used abbreviations, wrote out entire size and even tried to somehow use roman in there

For the level 7 part you have to find the consort of your level 7 answer. Google wiki.
And not sure what you mean with; for the second.
You have to find two words and then use the hidden text hint.

I am not great with computers and am struggling to figure out how to open the ext. for 23. Do I leave my previous answer and just replace htm? When I convert my sizes I have a number in it, do I use that too?

I have converted the sizes and I understand that its telling me to open an excel file but I have no idea how to enter that in the url. Do I delete my previous answer or do I just replace htm ? And what do I do with the number my conversion gives ?

On that level it's a bit the other way around than you normally do.
Use a pic names from a level and change a pic name on the site to find a pic posted by Mishu on that site. Do that in all 3 sites.

Nope, the other way around.
First use the phone (to look) and regonize the pattern. It's a cipher.
I tried converting numbers to letters using phone, but don't work. Number 1 has no letters.
Tried drawing shapes, doesn't work too.
Not drawing.
Look at the positions.
And see a code in it (actually, you can't see :) )
Finally got 23, Thank you! And amazed that I figured 24 by myself! Yay!

And the gopher is a squirl I think and a special one. His other name starts with an F.

Not the whole names, but the part of the names as the hidden ttext tells you.
