Btw. the proper way to solve level 2 isn´t just about anagramming the first letters, althought that would work too. But the hint, heel to toe gives you more info about what letters to use.
I guessed so, because every word starts with last letter of previous word.

No mistake for sure on level 2. Heel and toe, so only use the letters that are the same at the end and the beginning of the next one.

Think about why level 1 and level 2 were called L1 and L2 and this one not. That´s just a little hint, but you´ll get it when you see what all the pics are about.

The hint is heel, toe. That´s the first and last part of a shoe, so take the first and last letters that are the same and then anagram.

Do the new levels need info from solved levels?
Will I need an answer list?
Does Level 5 need the solved image of Level 4?

You don´t need previous levels. Everything you´ll need is always just on the level, but sometimes, like on level 3, where the title was different, you need to see that tricky hint.

figuring heel toe anagram was easy but can find a word that will take me to next lvl, still stuck

Try this instead
Take just the first letter of each line, visit granmaa and drop the final letter of the result to get the two word answer

Balloon is about popping that balloon, so that pic is called POP. And it´s only one of the PIPS, so that´s a PIP. All those words have something in common. You can read them two ways.

The letters for each is found by counting from left

Tried to anagram repeated letters in lvl 7 but got nothing.
Level 3 is all about palindromes. Words spelled the same if you read them forwards and backwards. With those kind of words only one letter is special. Use that letter from every word and then anagram.
Sorry s-t.. I didn't make up any hints that was not my intention... Only got excited when I found something imagining that would lead me to the answer...
And I thought orange was wrong cuz I didn't see "orange rainbows" listed as a marshmallow in wiki.

Hm. maybe coordinates was a bit of a confusing hint for level 10.
The level title is different than the other level titles.
Now use that to pick 8 letters. 4 from the rows and 4 from the columns.
