Got knife and cylinder also. There is a bed with a screw on the left

Use knife on bread for fruit, then cut in half. Use stand on glass cabinet for 3 bottles.

It is a pixel hunt. You have to keep clicking and clicking...

Theres another spot to click, middle of the last bed on the right. Shows a white post.
Nevermind, that is where the water tank was.
Ah! Use scissors on cotton rolls - that's where the needle is, and other things

There are 4 little bottles. Click below the cabinet for more. Click those then push cart into cabinet.
Stand goes at bottom of middle bed on left, then attach drip & bottle.
@raasti you should just be able to open the bottle you didn't use for the syringe
Squeeze apple next to green spot on bed
Then red bottle
hav 3 colors on bed by using drip ,orange & red medicine
Colour code on drawer for scale.
Put scale on the floor and the water dispenser on top for another code
I hate these games with NO clear zoom points!!!! I can't do anything...got 1 cotton, a tank, a stand and a knife! how the heck do you cut bread, please?
I just keep getting the same 3 or 4 zooms! Annoying!

have to give up - very slow and jerky navigation for me, and it keeps crashing my 'puter - best to all

Got the bread zoom now....what the heck! you click the bottom of bed to zoom the top of it! stupid!
All i have left is a measurement scale and a cylinder.
I'm finding it annoying too. Very much a pixel hunt to get the right view.
Sorry raasti and just. But i may be out next.
I think we just have to find out where to place the cylinder, then use the measurement stick on it for the other part of the exit code - click, click, click
pop! use measurement stick near door - 1/2 zoomed view. And finally out!

Well...I can't find the spot for the stand on middle left bed!
It was in the view where you can see both the plate where the knife was & the bread - then click at the end of the bed to the right

I am probably missing something...I have the needle connected to drip bag...but it won't go on the stand...and there was a brown thing from a cotton wool that drags to screen but nothing works on it!
The brown thing just opened and I put the syringe there....lol
@nokra It's a bit of a pixel hunt again to attach the bag to end of the stand once you've placed it. Somewhere around the top left side of the stand.
Game just not worth this frustration! !!!!!!!!!!!

Stupid!!! I ad to put it halfway down the page from where it goes ...in mid air! Grrrrr again!!!lol
@nokra - you've done the bulk of the work, but I know what you mean - I almost quit too. It took far too long for a fairly simple game.
Thanks for your help, @CeeBee...now I have the red thing from drawer, black tank, a blue and white thing, and something that looks like a plaster/bandage....no idea what to do with it all! lol
@nokra The red thing is a scale, put it on the floor and put the blue/white water dispenser on top. You'll get a 2 digit code. The plaster (it's a measurement stick) goes on the wall to the right of the exit door and the cylinder goes next to it for the other half of the code. Then you should be out.
I had it all backwards....lolol...I was dragging the scale to the floor in front of the door...half zoomed!!!! LMAO!!! I think I am out now! TY!!!!!

@ achimasa red medicine go on bed ...did you set the stand with drip near the bottom of middle left bed ?
