Click to fast on pond in front of panda. Got nothing.
Got blue ball from using magniflying on pond.
Got gold coin from panda. Used gold coin to getm something from brown thing (booth with 500 written on it). Gave that to panda and now got silver coin.
Opened blue ball and got bird feed.
silver coin gives you magnifying glass. use magnifying glass with balls in front of panda. put magnifying glass over lower middle group of balls, light blue ball.
looks like bird feed is ammo for gun lol

Short WT:
Talk to panda from Super Ball stall, who asks you to get for it a buttered potato with mentaiko topping.
Go to buttered potato stall, and drop the 500 yen coin into the water tank, aiming the plate at center bottom. If you missed, just bring the normal buttered potato to panda, and you can repeat the challenge.
Give the special buttered potato, and the panda will offer you a game to scoop a Super Ball using a paper net. You can keep askign for another net until you get the one ball.
Open the ball to find a packet of bird feed. Give feed to the starved bird at shooting stall to receive 10 corks. Load them into the gun and start shooting.
There's a key for prize, but you can't shoot it down. Keep shooting the bear until it randomly dodges to the left, knocking the key down.
Once you get the key as prize, take it out and escape.
