OK. Screwdriver where I epected batteries. Used to move socket from one end of the room to the other. And stuck.
Stuck with a knife and three ropes.

Spent 10 more minutes on this and still no further. Will come back later and see if anyone else has more luck.
after u move it swith on the light for a 4 colors code on the bookshelfto the right

Knife is from colour code cupboard then use it to cut the coloured cubes at the top right.
Can't enter anything into code cb.
use knife on couch for a key
Cut sofa for key and now have magnet. Attached three ropes to magnet.
Out now.
Suddenly colour code cb is working. I'll try to caych up.

attached the ropes to magnet..one at a time.. use magnet to get into fish bowl next to tv. use key for door
oh tried to attach them too many times ! u just have to start withe rope to the right !

geeeeez stuck,all ive done is found screw driver in clock took socket top of and put it on other one cant put screws back in and thats it
@shaz u have to follow a certain order when putting back the screws !
wish people would leave better hints.like wat u do once u place socket on to other.u cant screw the socket in so how can u turn light on to get colour clue.

@shaz, start with the top screw in your inventory and put it in the top left corner. Place all the screws top to bottom then use the screwdriver.

after placing the screws use sd on them n then switch on the one to the left , zoom back and on the bookshelf u see the four colored books which r the color code !
give up will wait fora walk through be easier
