Got hammer nails and a ladder needing reinforcing - but can;t do it. Everything getting stuck to my cursor at once!
The door with the table in front of it? I tried Oh and MaryD turn til you see a light switch on the wall...
I have the light on thanks Leroy. You have to click on the lower hasp thing with the padlock. I can;t reinforce my ladder :o(

It keeps telling me I can fix the ladder - I have the hammer and nails together - but can;t do it. Am looking for something else to hit LOL.
Well - looks like I fixed it without realising, as it let me get up to the key in the rafters.
So now I have a rope from the chest.
And now I have the rope stck to my cursor sigh. Have hammered a plank off the window..
Oh a feeble end. I somehow attached the rope (or maybe the plank, or maybe both) to the strong radiator, and abseiled out the window. The graphics were nice, but the performance was a bit rubbishy!
attach the rope to the radiator and go down, easy game, slow navigation, awkward way of combining things etc i rate 2.5 stars
i turn on the light ,got the padlock but cant place it on door .....
finallt it works i hav to go up from the table ...
out but my inventry things keep stucking on the screen thruout the game

nice looking game graphically but very clunky navigation and way too short.
You'll stop the time by putting padlock from table on door (up arrow).

turn on the light switch
use the desk to reinforce the door in time
click on the desk to get closer and pick the padlock up
look up and lock the door in time
find the nightstand with the small jar on it, open the second drawer
get the nails
look closer to the ladder and pick the ladder up
also pick the hammer from the bookcase
ladder need fixing so, pick the hammer, click on the nails then
when your cursor changes click on the ladder
now you can look up and use the stairs to get the key
use the key on the chest to get rope
use the hammer on the window to remove planks
use the rope on the radiator
look out the window and make your escape
