I love the artwork...and very intriguing despite the obvious language barrier....I'll have to attack this one tomorrow...way past my bedtime!
Big language barrier...
I have a deck of cards and a paper with "organ". I've been to another place in the park, a church (can't get in), an ice cream store, and a magic theater (can't get in). Can't figure out what to do, giving up until the smarter people get here.

LOL I am starting to think I have to play the organ in the church to wake the bird girl up to give her the flowers...
I think I'll have to wait for one of our Japanese experts to tell us the story and options

Will post a quick WT (map-guided) for now. If someone's interested in the story, will post it after I'm back.
Map with locations marked
A - Gate, B - Park, C - Riverside, D - Church, E - Ice cream shop, F - Show theater.
A - You start here. Talk to girl (Chie), select first choice to help her. Pick up cards.
E - Enter and talk to owner. Go back to A and talk to Chie again.
B - A florist appears, talk to her. It doesn't matter which choice you pick, although the correct one is the bottom. Take a pot of pink roses from the cart. Pick up the organ pamphlet as well.
E - Show owner the roses, then place it on the leftmost showcase. Receive ice cream. It will melt when you go to the second place without using it. When that happens, come back to get a new one. Wonder if there's a limit to it...
C - Give it to the sleeping girl. Talk to her, then show her the pamphlet. Now you can enter the church.
D - Talk to the girl inside, who lost her bag. Go to E to find it outside of the shop, remember to show it to the owner first before coming back to the church. Return the bag to get the organ key. Unlock organ, then click the top, middle and bottom rows of organ keys, once for each row I think. Talk to the girl, and select first choice to receive a bear doll.
A - Give Chie the doll.
F - Enter through the left door, clcik on left side of stage to go to backstage. Talk to the boy once, leave the backstage, then go back in to talk to him the second time. A rabbit pops up from hat means you're doing it right.
E - Talk to the owner, receive a drawing. Go back to F to show the boy the drawing, then watch him performing a few tricks with you as an audience. When in backstage again, put the drawing on the wall, somewhere above the hat and top-left of the big dice.
A - Come back and talk to Chie once as she keeps gazing across the gate.
F - Try to enter the theater only to find it lock, then go somewhere else. A dialogue should appear, come back again and enter. Get gate key from boy.
A - Show Chie the key, then open the gate. Click on the gate, then select top choice to send her back to her village.
Click through some dialogues, and the game ends as you watch the sunset sky.
Girl in the first scene is talking about "the show" Ever Ever Stay is the quote she says from it.

hi,i opened the gate and wend back to E and find a letter behind the drawing,but dunno what is this for finaly out too and the girl at C apears at the end and talking about the letter,don't understand.

@bitinyalı: Congratulations, you have just found yourself a secret item. There are a total of three, and the girl at C will just comment on the numbers, nothing else. By the way, it doesn't affect the ending.
Locations and timings for secret items:
1. E, after you melted quite a number of ice creams and before you use it properly.
2. C, during the period of time when you have the magician boy's drawing.
3. F, after getting the gate key and before ending the game.
