Lets see what the language barrier is like ...

... understood none of intro (conversation between land phone and iphone)
box in lower right is "about item"

Start with a key.

Got tissue from WC, wet it, and wiped off wall, to reveal more writing

Can enter WC, but next door needs 1 4# code
Smear on wall
computer needs pw
desk drawers yield a KNIFE (others don't open)
left lockers has a PHONE all in Japanese, others don't open

Hi LLM, just did the same -- can't read the writing, though

Strange -- bin was empty, highlighted knife, now there's trash in the bin (that I can't take)

Utterly stuck now until someone can translate the clues ... have key, phone, knife

think the suddenly appearing trash was the used toilet paper. no littering in this game lol

Intro:
I'm a newcomer. There's a senior in the workplace who is a little odd, but things are going well. Oh, it's the phone.

Senior: Hello, it's me. The business meeting is starting soon, but I forgot to bring along the product.

You: What! That's a serious problem, isn't it?

Senior: Yeah, so I'm sorry to bother you, but could you bring over the contents inside the storeroom's "Yummy" box?

You: Sure. But I have no idea what is the password...

Senior: That's written inside my PC's file. I'll mail to your smartphone the password for PC. Well then, I'm counting on you!

You: Eh! Oh, he hung it up...

Senior, that's too hasty. Anyway, let's check the mail. But what is a "Yummy" box?

So yeah, you start with your locker key (which is for the leftmost locker). The other lockers are not accessible because those are the seniors'.

Got cutter, then the rest is just documents (so says the newcomer) so no point in searching further.

Open your locker, you take out your smartphone to read the mail:

Sunject: PC PW
------------------------
It's "salt". Flip it upside down. By the way, clean up the wall.
------------------------

After that, you will be able to take some tissue, wet it, then wipe the wall. The writings behind the stain: Type in romanized form.

So salt in Japanese is "shio" (romanized). Then the hint in PC indicates that the PW should be in numbers.

Sorry for misleading, found the solution:
Forgot "shi" can also be written as "si", so actually it should be "sio", not "shio" in this case.

Rotating "SIO" 180 degrees, you will get "OIS". Convert that into numbers, you get?

With the PC unlocked, now you can access the file, which is the bottom left of the desktop. Reading the file, I guess many will know what to do. I'll leave the romanized hint: お塩 = OSIO.

Input the PW on the panel in the toilet scene, and you will gain access to the storeroom.

WARNING: Multi-ending and possibility to get STUCK ahead!

You will find 6 boxes, but the two on the leftmost column is not the ones you're looking for so we have 4 left. Open the desired box using the cutter, and click "持っていく" (take item) on the bottom right of item window. Cancelling the item window by clicking anywhere outside of it will cause the game to STUCK, forcing you to refresh the page, and the game has no save function.

Hint for the right box: "Yummy" or "tasty" in Japanese is "oishii", or in this game, "oisii".

Depending on the item you bring, you either get scolded by your senior (bad endings), or you get treated to free meal (good ending).

Thanks a huge bunch!
(what would we be without you! :))

Incredibly difficult to solve without these hints at hand! (The unsurmountable barrier was already in the PC password, which was concealed in the text message on the phone)

You're welcome, am glad that I could be of some help in making an escape. Even if there is a language barrier, at least you feel better in finishing what you started, I think. =]

Endings:
- Bad end 1 (item)
You: Here is the spoiler, senior!
Senior: Huh? I thought I asked for the content of "Yummy" box? That's the content of spoiler.
You: Huh? Was I mistaken?
Chef: Isn't that one fine spoiler?
Senior: Oh, Head Chef...

The Head Chef liked the spoiler, but once back in the company the senior scolded me terribly.

- Bad end 2 (item)
You: Here it is, senior!
Senior: Huh? I thought I asked for the content of "Yummy" box? That's the content of spoiler.
You: Huh? Was I mistaken?
Senior: Well, it's not like you can't eat it. But would you find it delicious?
You:...
Senior: Okay, try again. I'll ask them to wait for a little longer.

I managed to bring the product later, but senior was mad at me for some time.

- Bad end 3 (item)
You: Here it is, senior!
Senior: Huh? I thought I asked for the content of "Yummy" box? That's the content of spoiler.
You: Huh? Was I mistaken?
Senior: This is spoiler, don't you know? It is a British food; the taste is not really favored by Japanese.
You:...
Senior: This is for an acquaintance of mine. Do put it back in its place.
You: Okay...

Later, senior deeply apologized to the business partner, and was infuriated at me.

-Good end (item)
You: Here's the spoiler, senior!
Senior: Thanks for the big help. We're coming up with seller dishes in this restaurant, using this ingredient. Since you're here, do try them out.
You: Huh? Is it okay for me to do the tasting?
Senior: Well, it took some of your time after all. You haven't had your lunch right?
You: YES! THANK YOU FOR TREATING ME!
Senior: What an energetic fellow, or should I say mercenary? Well then, let's go.
You: Eheheh, lucky me.

Wow these comments did not help me open the door beside the washroom at all. Giving up.

Read Shunko's bit again:

I'll leave the romanized hint: お塩 = OSIO.

You are NOT (!) suppposed to turn the letters upside down (as you usually would), but view them in a mirrored fashion. So you will get...?
